Guest House The first time when the candidate travels from India to resume his/her job in USA, he/she will be provided to stay at our Guest House until he/she gets his first project. Pay Package and other benefits US$ 60000.00 - 95,000 salary per annum. Two weeks paid vacation per annum.
The USA offer salary package will be fixed based on the following parameters. 1. Total years of experience 2. Core skills 3. Interview Performance 4. Communication skills 5. Education Background 6. Overseas Experience Payroll Processing date Payroll is processed every fortnight, i.e., 15th and 31st of the month. 15th payroll is for the pay period of 16th to 31st of the previous month. 31st payroll is for the pay period of 1st to 15th of the month. Payroll will be processed and automatically credited to your bank account. Green card (Permanent residency) sponsorship The company shall initiate and process for Green card after clocking client approved time sheets of 1500 billable hours. Health Insurance Health, Dental and Vision Insurance will be provided by the company for the employee and his/her family (family means husband, wife, children). The insurance premium cost is shared amongst the employee and the company in the same ratio of the salary package. This insurance cost borne by the employee is deducted from Gross pay as SECTION125. Leave Policy We encourage employees to go on vacation during off project period. Alternately, professionals are to take vacation days as per the approval given by the client.
