Senior Designer Architect - Singapore We are looking for a creative, talented Senior Designer Architect with an entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills. A recognized leader in Design in High Rise, Mixed Use and Residential Projects. Responsibilities: - Originates and develops creative design concepts and design documents in all phases. - Develop conceptual, schematic and design development framework for building systems, cores, site plan, etc., - Supports the resolution of design solutions during the construction documents and construction administration phases. - Developing programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production. - Overseeing finished plans, specifications, and material approval - Maintaining conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes - Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects.
Requirements
- Experience/ Master Planning in High Rise, Residential and Mixed Use development. - Accredited Bachelors or Masters in Architecture - Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and systems - AutoCad Proficiency, REVIT, 3D modeling programs and Concept - Proficiency in all design phases (SD, DD, CD) and design and construction document coordination - Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Project Delivery methods. - Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with an understanding of trends in architectural design

International Commercial Stone Contracting Firm Competitive Salary Package Continued project growth of major commercial projects in New York, USA has created this exceptional opportunity as a Senior Project Manager with our client, an international commercial stone contracting firm from Canada with offices across Canada, the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Monaco, Italy and South East Asia. Following the recent award of numerous supply contracts, our client seeks to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the stone package for a major commercial refurbishment and extension project valued at $750M. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Global and managing a startup team, the responsibilities for this role include: - Train, develop and manage project managers, superintendents and assistant level staff including providing input on performance evaluations. - Develop and manage client relationships. - Manage multiple projects or individual larger projects/accounts, including management of SPD / Interiors Project Managers. - Generate new sales. - Lead competitive bid teams and respond to all other proposals. - Develop and negotiate business development contracts with owners. - Management of project budget and profitability. - Manage and develop staff as assigned, including providing input on performance evaluations. - Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements at all times. - Ensure all risk management controls are deployed and utilized. - Direct and manage pre-construction and budget development. - Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff. - Ensure that quality assurance/quality control protocols are in place. - Oversee master project schedule. - Hold frequent, regular staff meetings on all projects to communicate appropriate information. - Ensure payments are received on time. - Client liaison and business development for the New York market.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture or Engineering with a minimum of 10 +years project management experience of which candidates must possess 7 years in a fit out contracting environment. - Candidates with extensive stone, marble or flooring will be highly regarded. - The aptitude to drive projects to completion is required with a strong attention to detail. - Candidates with experience on the client side, contractor side and/or consultancy exposure are desirable. - Candidates must be computer literate in MS Office and MS Project or comparable. An excellent salary package, with stable employment and exceptional projects, will be offered to attract suitable candidates to this role.

Senior Construction Manager - Major Civil Works Project - Canada Are you a Construction Manager with experience of heavy civil works? Have you worked on earthworks jobs and have a keen interest in transferring your experience to the market in Canada? If so then please read on! The Highfield Company are instructed to search on behalf of a major construction contractor in Canada who have recently commenced a CAD $1.8 BN project in British Columbia, Canada. We are tasked with securing Senior Construction Manager candidates with a solid earthworks and heavy civils background for this newly awarded project. You will be in charge of the earth-moving operations, including environmental certification, regulatory permits and authorisations. The role is offered on a three week in camp / one week off rotation. In exchange for your skills and experience our client is prepared to put together a competitive salary and benefits package including all rotation flights, full board whilst in camp as well as medical cover.
Requirements
