Experience: 6-10 yrs Imp: It's a Tech Lead / Senior Member Technical Staff - Team handling role No. of Roles: 2, Its a W2 role Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility: - Desired candidate would be doing following jobs pertaining to a product: 1) Provide Engineering/Technical Support to client's customers, OEMs, etc that plan to or are using the product. This may require both offsite and onsite field application engineering support, based on customer's location. 2) Help customers in set-up and installations, and subsequently debug any technical problems while integrating within customer's environment - should be able to code RTL, and debug waveform simulations, debug board defects 3) Understand customer's unique requirement/specification, and to be able to bridge these requirements between product development team in Japan/India and customer 4) Pre-sales and product demos through various conferences and/or cold calling. 5) Preparing product marketing material and running marketing campaigns for product promotion 6) Engineering participation in product improvement Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills: - Prior experience as an FAE in L2/L3 and PCI-express - Verilog & VHDL programming, Waveform analysis & debugging DUT issues, FPGA synthesis flow for Xilinx and Altera FPGAs. - Prior pre-sales experience - esp in Marketing. - High on customer relationship - should be outgoing in nature who can keep customers engaged - High degree of problem solving skills. - Independent and should be able to deliver assigned tasks with minimal support/guidance. - Working knowledge of Questa and VCS simulation tools Desirable: - Architecture, HLD and LLD (micro-architecture) design of SoC - Knowledge of PCI Express Gen3 protocol - Knowledge of 40G Ethernet MAC 40G Special Skills (If Any): - Field application engineer - PCI-express - Customer engagement Education: BS/MS in Computer/Electronics

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Include: Participate and initiate Service Improvement Plan as part of Continual Service Improvement activity within the organization. Participate in projects to upgrade, modify or change the OS configuration, Kernel parameters and software by working closely with Engineering team and Subject Matter Experts. Update all the required artifact in the ticketing tool and any identified systems for works that was assigned following organization best practice. Work among the team to share knowledge, and develop team synergies within organization. Prepared to work outside of business hours when required. Generate performance reports, analysis of failures, trend analysis, identify potential solutions and implement the corrective actions. Engineer is responsible for driving technical service resolutions to restore service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by technical and functional support to current Critical Systems supporting High Availability Disaster Recovery (HADR) Clustered systems. This position is also responsible for providing support for UNIX/Linux/ESX servers. The principal duties and responsibilities of each team member include the following: Documenting the issues, researching and troubleshooting with clients to resolve issues, and escalation to the management as required. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Act as a material matter expert for all the UNIX/Linux disciplines. Anticipate, identify, and quickly respond and resolve technical problems that affect system availability. Ability to participate in the management of projects - including identifying resources, coordinating schedules, performing implementations, and providing direction to vendors. Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and as a technical lead, with strong initiative to strive for perfection and exceed job expectations. Active participation in Escalations and ability to provide the quicker solution with in short period of time. Adhere to Incident Management and Problem Management SLA's.
