Job Description 
This Consultant will be tasked with growing Watrap Techs customer base by selling industry leading cybersecurity consulting and advisory service plans to small businesses in professional services industries. Soliciting referrals from existing and new customers, building robust affiliate marketing and referral teams, leveraging social media, working directly with organizations and basic networking within an assigned territory to generate new business is required. As a Senior Sales Representative in North America, you will be an information security and IT solutions trusted advisor and will focus on generating new business revenues as well as help protect and grow market share/revenues through the identification and development of new business opportunities involving enterprise business clients. This position will be viewed as a customer facing security specialist role. Through the effective leadership of a multi-disciplined account team, this resource will ensure complete customer satisfaction.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  To perform this job successfully, the Cyber Security Sales Consultant may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed and complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Responsible for achieving all budgeted Cyber Security sales production targets. Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and time in front of customers. Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking groups and cold calling. Skilled in system design, scope of work, theory of operation and solution integration. Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operational counterparts. Expert in customer relationships, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking  Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business  Responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales gross profits in a quarterly basis  Sells to all levels of management, particularly senior levels  Develops and presents complex written proposals both self-initiated and in response to customer requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI) which frequently include cost justification, business case content and technical specifications  Prepares and conducts formal group presentations at senior management levels of larger clients  Builds account plans, based on customer business objectives and future business plans aiding clients in planning their information security long/short term strategies  Develops and documents a personal territorial, account and/or sales plan  Effectively utilizes and maintains sales tools including CRM  Works on an autonomous basis to meet broad job objectives   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Cyber security expertise focused around knowledge of threats to IT infrastructure, threat analytics solutions, cyber security products, APT, and Cyber security services. Sales experience with consistent sales results to professional services industries Prior experience selling managed IT services is a plus  CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS IT Security Certifications are not required, but preferred Applicable state and local licenses as required. Must have valid drivers license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration. Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability with limits no lower than the financial responsibility limits required by the state where the employee resides. Failure to maintain this insurance will result in corrective actions being taken, up to and including termination. Ability to successfully pass a full drug screen and background check
