Job Description
Commissioning BMS system consists of Building project and Logic as per requirements using programming tool, Commissioning instruments like Ultrasonic BTU meter.
Integrating the system with Software Platform (EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) and Tridium Niagara) using BACnet/TCP-IP protocol.
Commissioning FAS system consist of Mapping devices, Writing logic rules, Testing the Functionality as per logic and integrating with Platform.
Third Party Integrations (Soft point) like Lighting Control, VAV, VFDs,
Chiller & Pumps, Jet Ventilation, Electrical systems like Energy meters etc. Using Modbus over MSTP and TCP-IP Protocol.
Commissioning and integration of Access Control System with EBI Server and Fire Alarm System.
Technical Support to Project Team.
Preparation & implementation of Graphics.
Preparation & implementation Logic Equations as per the requirement.
Demonstration of Integrated System Test and Technical handover of system.
