We are now seeking an exceptional Project Director to join our award winning team based within our Dubai Office. 
This critical role will be responsible for representing the firm in communications with the client on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Organise and manage significant, multiple, simultaneous projects in multidisciplinary environment.
• Manage administrative and supervisory personnel assigned to project. Accept professional responsibility, in the area of expertise, for project completed under their direct supervision. When appropriate, or manpower scheduling requires, the Project Director may need to contribute to a specific project, or provide technical assistance in their area of expertise.
• Ensure project standards and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job. Manage the performance of the project team to achieve high standards of design and documentation.
• Have primary responsibility to assure completion of projects within budgets.
• Ensure project is properly closed out in accordance with the established company policy.
• In relation to new work, the Project Director must ensure terms of contract are followed and secure supplemental agreements as required. Prepare proposals or assist in preparation of proposals and meet with clients to discuss proposals. Assist in presentation for potential projects.
• Make recommendations to the Division Director, Technical Director and Principal in Charge on personnel needs for projects.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 20 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor and / or Master in Architecture.

We are now seeking an exceptional MEP Design Manager to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.
This critical role will be responsible for communications with the client and its representatives and managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the project(s). The role will also providing leadership and direction to the project team, consultants and contractors during the planning, development and if appropriate the delivery phase of the project(s).
Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Liaise with client, developer, consultants and contractors as well as KEO internal project and construction management and supervision, planning, engineering & design divisions.
• Support the delivery of the contracted MEP Engineering services to the client.
• Participate in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and / or Design Implementation Plan and procedures.
• Prepare tender strategy; identify qualified consultants, contractors and vendors; prepare and issue RFP's; evaluate proposals; negotiate contract terms/deliverables/payment schedules; and issue recommendation to the client.
• Oversee and guide consultants design progress activities. Monitor and verify design progress and submittals at all design phases.
• Attend or chair meetings and / or workshops with consultants and contractors, prepare meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
• Organize/manage design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases
• Advise the Project Director / Manager on all matters pertaining to cost scope and schedule with regards to design development.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 - 15 years' career experience partnered with either a Bachelor and / or Master level qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Chartered status with Member of Professional Engineering or Construction Management Society or other recognized body will be viewed favourably.

• Demonstrated experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum 15 years of broad-based engineering experience, commercial and project management experience, preferably in the region. Possessing a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is essential whilst a Masters in Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Omani Nationals will be warmly received.
