Strong experience on developing Micro Strategy projects, reports, dashboards. Designing, developing and maintaining the semantic layer using Micro Strategy Architect. Architect schema objects, build grids, graphs, standard reports, and dashboards. Create and/or enhance report objects, metrics, filters, and prompts as needed. Collaborate with business analysts to define requirements and reporting specifications and provide technical assistance. Troubleshoot and analyze data issues within reports. Work with the ETL team to understand data sources and propose data warehouse designs to support reporting needs. Performance tune reports as needed, validate report SQL and implement BI best practices to ensure optimal end-user experience Hands on in Unix & advanced Unix Shell Scripting Hands on SQL, PL/SQL. Ability to write complex SQL & performance tune them. Job Description
Work Location: Malaysia Looking for candidates who can join within 30 days. Responsibilities: - This position will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and support of multiple applications within the Oracle e-Business suite. - Core activities will include the development of technical specifications, modifications to standard forms and reports, development of new forms and reports, development of interfaces in and out of the e-business suite and work on incidents raised by end user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies. Requirements:- o Bachelor's Degree or Master in Computer Science/ Information Technology. o A minimum of 5years of experience developing solutions for Oracle's e-business suite. o Experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementation. o Should have involved in code development for modules like AOL, INV, ONT, AR, PO, AP, GL, CM, WMS etc. o Experience with Oracle's development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF. o Should have hands on experience in Conversions like Items, Suppliers, Customers, Orders etc. o Should have knowledge in TCA architecture. o Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining technical RICE objects. o Exposure to the overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle products. o General functional knowledge of Order to Cash cycle and Procure to Pay Cycle. o Knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology. o Ability to write technical documents like MD70, MD120, CV60. o Experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues. o Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage. o Knowledge in configuration and setups for Oracle applications modules will be an added advantage. o Knowledge in ODI, Informatica, OBIEEor SOA will be an added advantage.
