Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and develop new business
- Create a business plan and strategy for growth, including continuously reviewing and adapting to market changes
- Attracting new clients and identifying new markets
- Managing complex and large tenders and bids
- Prepare proposals and presentations for new and existing customers
- Finish and close deals with contractors

We are currently assisting a fast growing construction contractor with their search for an Estimating Manager to join them in their Kuwaiti office.
The business is a contractor involved in complex infrastructure projects within Kuwait and you will have exposure at project levels. Recently they have experienced exceptional growth and are looking to strengthen the Corporate structure.
On offer is a salary of up to US$12k NET per month, as well as a company car flight allowance and insurances. The role is offered as a family status move however accommodation and schooling is the candidate's responsibility.

* Bachelors Degree in engineering, construction
management or relevant discipline is essential
* A minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 5 years leading tenders related to infrastructure, and civil projects.
* At least 2 years at Department Managerial level
* Middle East experience with expertise in Infrastructure Tenders is required
* Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage
* CCS system user is a requirement
The client is ideally looking to recruit a candidate who has experience in leading an estimating team on major infrastructure projects and who is an expert in the Middle Eastern market.
You will need to be degree qualified in order to be considered for this role and should be confident in written and spoken English.
