Requirements
The
candidate should have at least 4 years experience post part 2 on UK housing
projects and be confident in liaising with consultants, heading up the meetings
and being the day to day interface with the client. Overall this candidate
should be passionate about good design.

The Role
Client is a
large international contractor has an immediate opening for a Cost Engineer for
a large Oil & Gas Project in Saudi Arabia.
Role:
- Responsible in providing an/or Maintenance Services of Cost Estimate by Company.
- Responsible for the Contractor Assurance process of consistent Cost Estimate.
- Responsible for building a transparent, structured and shared database for use by Contractor and Company with Norms and costs.
- Responsible for building the Direct cost estimate with Activity Allowance, either being the Target Cost Estimate or Cost Containment Estimate for the Execution phase and Engineering & Design.
- Responsible for reviewing the Control Cost Estimate.
- On request to provide Cost Engineering services to Company (chargeable).
- Shall report to Head Project Support.

Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Cost Engineering in a major Engineering Consultant environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Fully conversant with International Design & Construction Standards for the Oil & gas Industry.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Cost Engineering in a major Engineering Consultant environment.

Architect / Engineer (Design) - Dubai. You will need LEED AP or BREEAM AP with
