The Role
Job Purpose:
• To effectively implement Retail Credit Decision Systems and manage the Change lifecycle on these systems. Reformulate policy guidelines in line with system requirement.
• Also, responsible for formulation and development of scorecards in line with the banks requirements.
• Working with the Projects and IT teams to deliver model and strategy changes efficiently and translate business requirement into effective system design.
Accountabilities
•Develop, build and maintain the Retail Credit Decisioning systems to support the needs of the credit risk stakeholders.
•Work with Credit processing team and Projects / IT teams to design the Retail Credit Decisioning system by incorporating Rules as well Score computation for new and existing Customers.
•Build decision paths, decision trees, rules, rule-sets, modules, functions and decision tables.
•Ensure comprehensive and complete user and system testing is performed.
•Manage release of new rules and parameter changes to modify existing rules.
•Work as part of a team to deliver strategy, scorecard and model changes effectively by translation of business requirements into effective system design.
•Engage with Vendors / Projects / IT teams for delivery of changes to Credit Risk Decisioning systems.
•Be accountable for delivery of full change lifecycle within the Decisioning systems.
•Continually seek to improve the efficiency of the data, systems and infrastructure.
•Ensure policy and processes adhere to regulatory and legal requirements and guidelines.
•Review existing policies adapting a Champion/Challenger strategy, identify policies that require updates, test and quantify their impact, gain acceptance from stakeholders and implement the changes in a seamless manner without business disruptions.
•Continually seek out new tools & services to improve core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•Participate and contribute in other initiatives within the Unit including but not limited to Policy Review, Stress Testing, Model calibrations.

Requirements
Knowledge,
Skill & Experience
• Education level required: Degree in Banking / IT / Engineering or other related areas.
• Professional/Technical qualifications/Diplomas: Credit Risk Certifications.
• Experience: Working in Retail Credit and related areas for 8 years out of which at least 3 years in managing Decision Systems.
• Specialist Skills required for the Job: At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing Decision Systems
• Candidates with Project management skills, Retail Credit portfolio knowledge, Statistical knowledge, SAS Statistical tools will be preferred.

large International contractor has an immediate opening for a Contracts Manager
for a large Oil & Gas project in Saudi Arabia.
The candidate as a minimum must have experience/knowledge of the following:

• Procurement and Subcontract formation / negotiation
• Subcontract Administration
• Main Contract Administration
• Variation – Identification / Pursuit / Negotiation
• Claim – Protecting the company’s interest under the contract by identifying opportunities pro-actively ensuring compliance with contract claim requirements.
• Protecting the company against claims from subcontractors
