Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current clients, expanding the UAE market through analysis and generate sales leads to build a pipeline of prospective new customers
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 2 years sales experience within a ship supply company, knowledge of local markets and food products is essential

On behalf of our client a multinational medical manufacturer who is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Arabic Marketing and Sales Support Officer. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for all non sales related marketing and sales support duties which will include the evaluation of marketing activities for future opportunities, competitor analysis, co-ordinating company congresses, trade fairs and exhibitions, managing marketing campaigns, direct marketing activities which includes distribution of literature, collation of market information which includes competitor information, distributor activities, new product launches and campaigns.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in Business Administration and Marketing, have strong analytical, and marketing skills, able to work autonomously or as part of a team, be fluent in Arabic and English with French and added benefit.

Job Purpose: To sell and promote protective coatings - INFRA Concept products through proper sales planning and implementation of marketing/sales strategies with high quality technical service provided to achieve the targeted sales budget, gross margin and payment collection.

Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Protective Coatings – INFRA Concept portfolio to customers through frequent visits and responding to inquiries efficiently to achieve targeted sales results, gross margin and collection
- Promote Protective Coatings products to clients, consultants and decision makers of projects in Kuwait by building up strong customer service relationships and constant follow-up to ensure products are specified
- Provide quality technical sales service by executing field inspection through supervision of the painting progress to ensure right products and correct usage of the finished coatings to achieve the performance as stated in Jotun’s technical data sheets for optimum results
- Maintain high levels of service to customers by coordinating with Customer service, Warehouse and other internal departments in regards to deliveries, invoicing and technical service to ensure customers' satisfaction.

Main tasks
- Monitor and advise on painting process and product types to suit the change of the requirement at site
- Stop work at site should painters fail to follow specified painting procedure
- Visit the field sites on regular basis to ensure situations are under control
- Carry out in project inspections prior to commencement of work to ensure surface preparation is suitable for blasting or painting works
- Liaise with field site about progress of painting and for schedules of forthcoming projects to ensure that customers are met promptly
- Carry out routine checking on supply and apply projects
- Promote, quote and sell products to allocated territories and customers.
- Follow up customers on proper pricing and customer selection to achieve sales budget, DSO and gross margin.

The Role
Property Administrator - Al Ain / Sharjah
Our Client a well known Real Estate Company, offers a wide range of property services including leasing, buying and selling residential and commercial properties in Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah. Our areas of operations also include property management, valuations and market research. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate professional to join our team in Ajman/Sharjah as Property Administrator.

Key Role, reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall execution and accountability of the operations of the Leasing and Property Management departments.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Manage the day to day operations in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure operational costs are kept to a minimum
• Assist in fine tuning operational methods for the departments while improving the overall efficiency of the departments.
• Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards
• Supervise and administer the sales and leasing administrators and ensure that they adhere to the company policies and procedures.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure processes are in compliance with Company policy.
• Prepare operational reports for the Executive Director.
• Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like Land Department, Rent Dispute Committee, Municipality and Civil Defense to ensure that all the revenue generating departments adhere to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of UAE.
• Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and regulations of the local and international property market and being aware of the current legal issues of the country specifically pertaining to the property law.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within UAE property industry
• Thorough understanding of all the RERA laws
• Excellent knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry in UAE
• Should possess an established personal and professional network of contacts
• Good analytical skills
• Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate effectively, supervise, train and direct the team
• Excellent skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Natural coach and mentor
