Job Description

As the Director , Human Resources Business Partner you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the management and delivery of the banks HR and people strategy. This is a truly generalist role where you will have full ownership for all strategic and operational people issues. Wider account-abilities will include:
Implementation of a competitive remuneration, bonus and benefits scheme.
Development of a engaging and commercial culture that meets the requirements of a regulated banking business.
Act the lead for all communications and meetings.
Develop and implement an inspiring recruitment and resourcing strategy that will support the banks in the Singapore-Across the Asia Pacific Region and growth plans.
Manage all operational people issues, including; performance, talent and management development.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Senior HR professional with a proven track record of success in both a strategic and operational HR role. The ideal candidate will have a broad background from both a corporate and SME financial services or wider regulated environment. Importantly you must be able to demonstrate;
Proven stakeholder management experience.
Ability to lead and influence.
True commercial acumen.
Values led with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Sound people judgment skills.
High levels of integrity and organizational and cultural awareness.
Proven generalist background with prior experience.

Our ( Leadership Stage Executive Solutions) client is a leader in the design, engineering and deployment of fixed and mobile networks. With a track record of success working with the largest service providers internationally.

Our ( Leadership Stage Executive Solutions) client Networks is leading the industry in the deployment of new technologies such as LTE, Small Cell and DAS solutions.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Program Officer will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CPO will have primary day-to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all strategic and operational responsibility for all programs.

As the chief program officer, s/he will provide leadership to the Strategic planning process and will implement new programmatic strategic initiatives. In addition, the
CPO will: provide coordination for the senior
management team; serve as liaison to the organizations partners; and work with the Board of Directors to keep
them abreast of programmatic strategies and challenges.

Essential Function
Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being
Actively involved in all programs and services,
Developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.
Identify opportunities for company to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges.
Lead, coach, develop, and retain organizations high-performance senior management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.
Develop and implement training programs and retreats to expand the capacity of all staff.
Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and Report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
Ensure the continued financial viability of all operational units through sound fiscal management.
Manage and cultivate existing relationships with funders to secure and expand recurring revenue streams.
Publicly represent organization with the media and external constituency groups including community, governmental, and private organizations and build excitement for organizations mission.
Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes with board members and staff.
Coach employees as they implement the strategic plan and transition program operations.
Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.
Other duties/projects as assigned by Our (Leadership Stage Executive Solutions) client Networks.

Qualifications
15+ years of management experience in the high technology services industry.
10 years of experience leading/directing customer
service initiatives in each of the following market segments: telecommunications equipment; data communications/broadband products; professional services; 3rd party providers of engineering, construction, and installation services; and, as a domestic or international carrier/ service provider.
8+ years of director-level experience with P&L and/ or budgetary responsibilities for a high-technology services company.
8+ years of project management experience, including each of the following: management of
subcontractors, representation of company position in negotiations; outsourcing & supplier certification programs; proposal activities; and materials
management.
8+ years of experience developing and communicating tactical and/or strategic initiatives to enhance a division's overall effectiveness within a corporate
enterprise
8+ years of experience in talent recruitment and retention
