The role will support the core operations of Corporate Services and will be deputized to manage any of the areas which include but not limited to Utilities, Procurement & Contracts, Asset Management, General Administration, Finance, Human Resources, IT Systems Development, etc

The role requires the candidate to be multi skilled and adapt to any dynamic operational changes and should have the ability to take on any tasks. You should be an independent worker with minimum supervision. You will need to ensure timelines are met to meet organisational demands. 

This is a Supervisory role, hence excellent Communication and Business Correspondence skills is expected. You will need to delegate as well as work directly on certain tasks for the deliverables to be submitted on time and based on certain portfolios would need to be directly managed by you. You should be able to do report writing as per the administrative task assigned. 

The primary role is to manage the Utility section of Corporate Services which will require to deal internally and externally. From a Finance perspective, the role requires knowledge of recharges, payments to be vendors (after checks and balances); this is based on monthly, final bill settlement, building take over. 

The role requires extensive knowledge of Advanced 
Excel to manage work profile. Liaison with landlords, staff, vendors, management is routine, hence person should be customer oriented and therefore approachable. Multiple tasks within the remits of the profile should be managed.
You should hold Bachelor Degree with minimum 4-6 years of job related experience. You should have hands on experience in Facilities Management of a Corporate House/ Airline Industry. You should be proficient with use of Automated Management System (Oracles, SAP, others). 

You should have worked at a Middle Management / Supervisory level managing a multi – cultural environment. You should have excellent communication skills to set clear direction in delegating and managing work flow. Master’s Degree holder and experience within Gulf Countries will be advantageous.Welcome to a world of growing opportunities.

Senior Storekeeper - Facilities Management - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role your primary responsibility is to plan, organize and control stores/ stocks in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the concerned business units including but not limited to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and securing of maintenance items as per the department requirements and in line with company policy.

• Manage the stores independently i.e. receiving, issuance, transfers, stocking, ordering and material control.
• Ensure sufficient stocks are available to minimize overstocking and petty cash purchases.
• Strictly control and manage petty cash purchases made by the Facilities team.
• You should have stores knowledge which includes but not limited to ROQ, MOL, locator management, locator capacity, etc.
• You should be well versed with facilities related stores items so that it can facilitate understanding of procuring items, conducting technical evaluation, capacity management, salvage receipt and resale of salvage wherever applicable.
• You should be able to direct the Facilities team on the process of material requests and transfer, reject or return for correction all the material requests.
• You should have technical expertise in system management so that valuable inputs can be provided.
You should have a trade or vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job related experience. Bachelor Degree is preferred. Experience working in any Industry is acceptable; however experience in managing stores/warehouse is mandatory.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Word is desirable Candidates with knowledge in Oracle ERP is advantageous and preferred.

Senior Administration Assistant (Procurement & Contracts Management) - Qatar Airways - Doha

This role is a support function and therefore knowledge and experience in either/all areas including Housing & Allocation, Procurement, Contracts management, Utility management, General administration, Asset management, Supply Chain management, Finance (AP & Cost justification functions) would be ideal.
• The role may require you to support any of the functions, however, your primary responsibility is to liaise, coordinate and manage the Contracts and Procurement functions.
• You will be involved in item code creation, category tree management and raising Purchase Requests
• Ensure Purchase Orders are released to suppliers and relevant stake holders.
• Liaise with Suppliers & Accounts Payable to ensure supplier registration, report preparation, creating Purchase Enquiries raising RFQ/RFI, etc.
• With regards to Contracts Management, you will be responsible in documentation support and raising requests in Contracts Management System
• Ensure all documents including scope of work, technical evaluation and all relevant documents are complete prior to raising CMS request.
• Ensure that post tender, technical and commercial evaluation is carried out and submitted.
• You should have the ability to carry out all tasks and update or escalate at the right time,
• Ensure all relevant contracts are renewed, amended or new RFT are floated as per the timelines set.
• You should have exceptional documentation experience and attention to detail with very minimal supervision and errors.
• You will need to generate reports and ensure timely execution of all requirements. Time should not be a constraint to deliver as this is a highly critical position
You should have a trade or vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job related experience. Bachelor Degree is preferred. Experience working in any Industry is acceptable, however experience in Contracts and Procurement environment is an essential.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team. You should have had previous experience in a coordination role and advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Word. Candidates with knowledge in Oracle ERP is advantageous and preferred.
