Company are seeking a QA/QC Manager in Doha, Qatar.
You will form part of the core senior management team, reporting to the General Manager and with direct internal / external stakeholder management. You will responsible for development, implementation and maintainance of a Quality Management System consistent with the requirements of the “Inspection and Cleaning of Ground and Foul Network Water Systems”;
Ensure that the appropriate standards are applied and enforced throughout, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of the Works;
Manage the Quality System according to ISO 9001: 2008 standards and QCS (Quality Construction Standard. QATAR 2010-2014);
Develop, implement and maintain procedures to Monitor KPI, objectives, and critical activities;
Develop, implement and maintain procedures to Monitor Monitoring NCR, CAR (Corrective actions), improvement Plans;
Implement QCS 2010/QCS 2014 (Qatar Construction Standards) ;
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements;
Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, inspection and cleaning, documentation, and operations activities;
Provide leadership, mentoring and direction of all QA/QC personnel;
Manage deliverable such as method statements, inspection request and material submitting in coordination with Coordination Engineer and Procurement department;
Oversee supervision of all visual inspections and non-destructive evaluations, including 3rd party subcontractors;
Managing inspection, non-destructive evaluations, and testing plans for effluents , repair works, and alterations;
Manage inspection and cleaning processes, plant equipment, inspection and non-destructive evaluations personnel certification and QMS internal audits;
Understand the implications of health and safety regulations;
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Frame Work Manager;
Work in close collaboration with the consultants, Contract Responsible Staff and relevant authorities ensuring the developing , implementation and maintenance of procedures related to a formal quality communication enforcing all stakeholders, authorities or government organisations;
Establish and maintain documented procedures for identification, collection, indexing, access, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of quality records supplement these quality records as necessary to monitor quality throughout the Contract period;
Establish and maintain documented procedures in line with ISO 190011 for planning and implementing internal quality audits to verify whether quality activities and related results comply with planned arrangements and to determine the effectiveness of the quality system.
You shall create your own team appointing suitably qualified quality staff to ensure the effective function of the quality related issues within the organization, Quality and Environmental Plan and contract requirements.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you shall:
• Creates, maintains, and updates parts, bills of materials and routes and cost in the ERP system

• Evaluate engineering changes for ERP impact and Update BOMs and routes accordingly
