Regional Sales Director - MENA

An innovative, active and expanding sport nutrition brand originating from the USA is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the MENA region. This role will be to drive the development and execution of sales strategies as well as to manage the complete Distributor/Customer plan and market planning process.

The role will be based in Dubai and will require frequent travel across the region. You will be reporting into a VP based in the USA and will be required to grow a regional sales team across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is looking to launch and develop an established US brand in the region.

Accountabilities:
* Selling a range of branded products to sports nutrition distributors in addition to developing and executing sales strategies such as promotions, programs and product launch plans
* Manage the account and customer planning process including: yearly budgets, sales strategies, proposing and approval for advertising, demand planning and trending
* Frequent communication with external and internal stakeholders to help meet the customers' expectations when delivering and developing new formulas for their markets
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Represent the customer and work with all key internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of necessary product materials to all accounts.
* Master's degree in sales, business or related field of study
* At least 5+ years of sales and account management experience
* Experience in the Sports Supplement Industry is preferred
* Knowledgeable of international markets
* Experience in the GCC is essential

A Qatari retail holding group are seeking an Operations Manager for their international and home-grown fashion brands. This person will be fully responsible for the retail business functions and operations as well as full P&L accountability, KPI's, buying, staff scheduling and management.

* Responsible for all aspects of the business operations across multiple geographic locations and sites
* Plan, direct and coordinate various aspects of the operating area.
* Full P&L,operational and commercial responsibility for the brand.

General Manager - F&B

A General Manager is required for an established Qatari Group based in Doha to head up their hospitality & F&B division. This person will manage large portfolio of casual dining brands throughout the GCC to ensure the achievement of equality and guest service quality standard and departmental revenue and profit goals. This role reports directly into the companies CEO.

Responsibilities: 
* Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of outlets through manager oversight and reporting
* Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare monthly forecast, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs by reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
* Liaise directly with the Brand to ensure Brand Standards are being met.
* Be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operations per outlet and that license required are obtained on time and kept current.
* Ensure that suitable qualified staffs are appointed in the event of vacancy or creation of position.
* Establish procedures and timeframes for conducting inventory.
* Determine minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material and equipment.
* Assist in the coordinating and monitoring all phases of ordering of consumable and non-consumable goods, ensure that regular stock takes are conducted.
* Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of loss prevention in the outlets.
* Ensure all staff are properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
* Establish and achieve quality and customer/guest satisfaction standards.
* Develop implement and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs and promotions.
* Monitor local competitors and industry trends. Review and a[prove menu design and concepts.
* Adhere to brand standards.
* Adhere to countries ministry laws and regulations ensuring compliance requirements as well as Brand standards and local policies and procedures.
* Holds a Degree ideally in management or hospitality
* At least 10+ years' experience with F&B/ 5 years or more of progressive F&B Management
* Ability to work independently as well as lead/ manage a team
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to oversee multiple projects adapting to changing priorities as necessary
* Good report writing and financial reporting skills
* Strong understanding of the GCC countries laws, food health and safety rules and regulations
* Previous experience working closely with stakeholder management
