- Coordinate with various
managers in the Maintenance Department to identify individual and team business
related training needs.
- Contribute in preparation of Individual Development Programs (IDPs) in conjunction with Maintenance Managers, Training Department and Performance Management Team to provide systematic guidelines towards competency enhancements of individuals.
