The Role
• Implement a marketing strategy that that it is aligned with the overall corporate marketing objectives.

• Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers on all media related issues such as advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure that formal briefs are provided to Marketing Services for relevant marketing activity.
• Work with Development and Sales and ensure that optimal product characteristics by consumer target segment are jointly agreed for each project.
• Achieve the standards that are established in KPI’s.
• Support the Senior Manager in achieving the desired project / destination ROIs as per the business plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for external marketing communications for assigned brand group.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Marketing or Business.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in Senior Management role in Marketing.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Preparation of conceptual designs and technical specifications for projects under development.
– Undertake bid evaluations and negotiations on behalf of the client for projects leading to EPC contract award.
– Responsible for the mechanical design review of the EPC contractors design documentation submitted post contract award to check compliance with the contract
specification.
– Undertake factory inspections for equipment to ensure compliance with relevant design codes and standards as well as approved test procedures.
– Providing advice and input to our site supervision team relating to design, erection, commissioning and testing.

Qualifications and requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
– Minimum 10 years – experience with either a major international consultant major utility company or OEM performing a similar role
– a comprehensive knowledge of conventional fired boilers; boiler and piping design codes, materials technology for pressure parts; welding; boiler ancillary equipment; materials
handling (coal, ash, limestone); combustion and emissions control equipment, plant test codes.
– Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
– Good command of English and ability to work in a multinational project team
– Ability to write bid evaluation reports, visit reports and progress reports
– Ability to chair meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.

Reporting to QA Director, the QA Manager will be responsible for the overall Quality Assurance systems within the assigned food processing facility.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Handling all plant product quality and food safety programs and ensure product and processes are consistent and meet specifications
• Overseeing all plant quality assurance and food safety programs, develop, maintain and improve the HACCP, SSOP and QCCP Programs
• Providing oversight for the development of robust manufacturing control processes and related reports use throughout the plant
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with functional groups (R&D, Procurement, Engineering, Cost Accounting and Manufacturing) on quality and process control related projects and issues
• Leading and inspiring the QA team
Requirements
Education:
• Degree in Food Science or equivalent

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of proven QA experience preferably handling frozen cooked and uncooked meat
• Well versed with the inspection processes, required quality parameters as per UAE regulations and international standards.
