The Role
•
Implement a marketing strategy that that it is aligned with the overall
corporate marketing objectives.
• Implement assigned project marketing plans and budget to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Implement Project strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, identify new growth opportunities, and maximize profitable sales from each customer segment.
• Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers on all media related issues such as advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Build and manage effective relationships with customers and identify specific initiatives that improve the customer experience and overall retention.
• Ensure that formal briefs are provided to Marketing Services for relevant marketing activity.
• Work with Development and Sales and ensure that optimal product characteristics by consumer target segment are jointly agreed for each project.
• Achieve the standards that are established in KPI’s.
• Support the Senior Manager in achieving the desired project / destination ROIs as per the business plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for external marketing communications for assigned brand group.

Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in
the field of Marketing or Business.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in Senior Management role in Marketing.
