The Role
Our client, a large FMCG company, is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing general marketing administrative support to the Marketing Department and reporting directly to the Head of the Department. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

•Provide administrative support and assistance as needed in the marketing department
•Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
•Perform data entry; file and retrieve documents and reference materials
•Develop retail marketing and reference materials, both in print and digital form
•Familiarity with the marketing field's general language, concepts and practices
Requirements
In order to be considered, you should have a degree in Marketing with minimum of 2 years of general marketing experience, preferably gained from companies based in the UAE. Fluency in English is highly required. You should be willing to work normal working hours, if and when required.

The Role
Luxury Cosmetics Client looking for several "Sales Associates" with a background in Perfumes & beauty for a Luxury Multinational.

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. The Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming at all times

Main Responsibilities

- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
- Generate sales, while achieving sales targets

As well as being a leader, the Senior Estimator will be directly involved in a number of major project bids. Ensuring the tender / bid is correctly collated then presented back to the client.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for:
* Managing/overseeing the current team of Estimators.
* Estimating the cost of materials, time and labour to produce accurate estimates for project tenders.

Requirements
You need to have experience as a Senior Estimator and being involved with projects ranging from AED 300 million to AED 1.5 bn Civil engineering bias projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering (or other related degree) and have at least 8 years’ experience tendering for infrastructure projects across the GCC.

Must be competent with CCS software.

Experience tendering for projects in excess of AED 300 million (highways, roads, water, tunnelling etc.)

The ability to envisage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
Responsible for

The successful execution of all the site construction works in accordance with the project schedule, cost and other KPIs.

The direct management of a team of Construction Supervisors and supporting services as defined in the Construction organisation chart.
Maintain a strong and effective professional working relationship with the AP Project Management, Client, interfacing EPC’s, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain an open and effective communication channel with the site project team and the site construction team.
Represent the Company in meetings with the Client, interfacing EPC’s, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead meetings and record minutes of meetings as required.
Assist the Construction Manager as required in interfacing with and managing the Client at the site.
Supporting the interests of the Construction Manager as required at the site, in particular in relation to safety, security, cost optimization and management, and schedule control.
Support and promote the implementation of the Project Safety, Security and Quality plans.
Support and promote the implementation of the Project Execution Plan.
Provide strong leadership and coordination to ensure the site team is working effectively to achieve the project KPI’s.
Identify and address risks and issues, escalating to the Construction Manager as required.
Provide leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the Construction Manager, Site Manager, Site Project Manager, and Construction General Manager as required.
Manage expenditures at the site in accordance with Company and Project Procedures, and Delegation of Authority.
