Establish and grow relationship with key accounts / decision makers and influencers to boost business opportunities, along with having an equally strong engagement at CXO levels

Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties
Lead campus network operations team of 2 or more engineers, ensure support and maintenance of Network, Data Center and Wireless infrastructure.
Validate Implementations to Operations handoff, review UAT and ensure set network standards are met based on client requirements.
Review and fix campus layer 1, 2 and 3 network incidents, lead and assist junior engineers in the team to follow best practice and industry standard troubleshooting approaches.
Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Develop network monitoring and management solutions that proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
Collaborate with customer to understand certain project or business requirements, ensure that project implementation support is provided as required.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
Research, recommend, and lead network optimization projects. Take initiative to proactively discover and remediate deficiencies in existing network solutions.
Configure, deploy and manage wireless infrastructure involving Cisco and Aruba products. Participate or conduct site surveys to ensure wireless network stability and coverage.
Participate and lead problem resolution and cause analysis.
Drive efforts to restore, recover, or alter configurations, logical or physical, to maintain service integrity.
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Fix vulnerabilities based on the vendor security advisories.
Maintain current documentation of all equipment under operational control.
Interact and manage vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services, provide escort to data center or restricted locations when required.
Cisco Certification CCNP
Experience
Minimum 5 years of networking experience.
Proven experience and success with LAN, and WLAN design and implementation with focus on Network Operations and Support.
Proven experience with network capacity planning, and general network management best practices.
Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including Wireless networks.
Experience installing and managing Nexus 9000 series switches (Prefered) or knowledge and working experience in Nexus products and design.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
