Iranian Cuisine expert - To supervise with the relevant section on food preparation according to set standards, customer satisfaction and high level of sales in line with company policies and regulations.   Duties: - Supervise day to day activities of the assigned section in preparation of food items to outlets and functions to improve productivity and quality.  - Assigns responsibilities and levels of operational authority within the Section. - Participate and devising menus. - To ensure achievement of financial results and objectives of the Section - Monitor and implement cost control and cost reduction measures on a continuous basis.  - To achieve maximum utilization of material, equipment, and staff for the quality of food. - Maintain a professional relationship with tenants/guests/customers to ensure a prompt and good standard of service.  - Handle suggestions and cascade the same to line supervisors - Maintains effective communication on the activities of the Section with other kitchen / operating departments within Hospitality in order to provide best possible service to guests.  - Gross salary 9000 AED All INCLUSIVE - Annual leave of 26 working days - Medical Insurance for self - Annual discretionary bonus

We are looking for young and energetic candidates to join our team.  The Rink Manager is responsible for overseeing the ice rink including scheduling, safety, fiscal health and customer satisfaction. The Rink Manager is required to invest the time necessary to ensure quality Rink Management and ensure that desired goals are achieved. Supervises open skating and other events.   Responsibilities:  • Maintain and increase facility usage and profitability using a combination of sales, cost control measures and program building.  • Review, adjust, create and implement policies and procedures for Rink operations and staff.  • Evaluate staffing needs and effectiveness of current personnel including training, and evaluations.  • Supervises skating and other events held at the Arena.  • Make adjustments to schedule and staffing as needed to ensure operational efficiency and customer service goals are met.  • Provide weekly updates to the Management regarding the operations of the Rink.  • Develop yearly budget for Rink operations.  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote facility usage, programs and events.  • Working closely with the Operations department, Building Maintenance Technician and staff, ensure that the facility is clean, safe, meets all company requirements and that guests concerns are addressed.  • Monitors equipment, keeps accurate records, and reports any problems to the Management  • Ensure that equipment is maintained, refurbished or replaced as needed.  • Offer excellent customer service to all guests and develop a strong working relationship with staff and user groups.  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests and user groups through a combination of personal customer service, staff training and doing the right thing.  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all guests and user groups. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Good knowledge in chillers and its operations, which make and maintain the ice as per the standards.  • Very familiar with operating the ice resurfacer car.  • Skills in operating custodial maintenance equipment.  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.  • Ability to read and record readings on gauges on facility equipment.  • Ability to ice skate.  • Must have the ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and effective time management skills.  • Must have knowledge and skill in managing people, motivating and supervising a team of employees; providing strong leadership.  • Must have a willingness to perform other duties, work irregular hours, and assume added responsibilities as needed.  • Knowledge of Standard tools, methods, practices, and materials of ice maintenance, to include edging, dry planning, flooding low spots, filling holes and divots

We are looking for young and energetic candidates to join our team.  An independent individual who will be responsible for the teaching of the basic fundamentals of skating to different age level customers.   Responsibilities:  • Provide ice skating instruction and lessons to different age level customers.  • Assisting customers in their activities and provide support and extra direction as requested by the Skating Supervisor/ Manager.  • Demonstrate proper use of equipment, techniques and methods of proper movements to achieve proficiency in activity.  • Explains and enforces safety, rules, and regulations. Keeps records and helps coordinate events.  • Monitors the condition of the ice surface and reports any serious defects or problems to the manager on duty.  • Assists customers in case of any injuries and reports immediately to the first aiders on duty (or if qualified) to carry out first aid treatment in case of any injury.  • Assists in setting up and removal of temporary barrier in cases of activities and special events.  • Performs other duties in colleagues absence or as assigned by the line manager.  • Maintain a clean facility and rink.  • Behaves in line with the Code of Conduct Policy and adheres the applicable company policies and procedures
