Over the last 25 years, they have supported multiple local management teams in the implementation of key projects Responsibilities • Providing a professional, efficient and proactive secretarial service at all times; • Formatting of regulations, laws, and other legal documents; • Analyzing, researching and summarizing legal information; • Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the team to set up meetings, collect and save data and information, etc. • Maintaining a professional relationship with internal/external stakeholders • Maintaining contacts database; • Logging daily calls, and following up on calls; • General ad-hoc work as required from time to time
Requirements
• Experience in drafting of legal documents • Experience in file management including scanning, filing, archiving etc. • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent note taking of meetings, interpreting, translation and computer skills (MS Office); • Ability to communicate in person, on the telephone and in writing in a professional manner in Arabic & English • Able to work well in a team environment • Possess a flexible and positive attitude and the capability to deal with a varied workload to meet deadlines

Our client is a global engineering company with almost 13,000 employees worldwide, it provides global cement and mineral industries with factories, machinery and services. Responsibilities: • Ensure good working conditions and safety standards are maintained and build into job plans. • Ensure close liaison with maintenance functions, production, process and quality departments, stores and purchasing. • Working closely with the reliability engineer maintain and update the preventive maintenance program and its master plan (with particular attention to inspection and lubrication programs), ensuring a quality service through implementation and completion. • Support the planning engineers to plan and schedule and prepare weekly mechanical and electrical maintenance programs. Plan and Schedule and prepare major shutdowns ensuring co-ordination with all departments. • Support the inspectors to set up and refine detailed inspection programs, ensure the utilization of feedback from inspection is the driver for maintenance operations. • Train company users to maximize the facilities provide by Maximo to enhance the maintenance and reliability performance of the plant. • Customize Maximo to integrate new maintenance inspection tools into inspection and repairs planned programs. • Facilitate the linkage of Risk Assessment, method statements, isolation procedures in to the work and inspection programs from other data bases. • Configure maintenance KPIs as per the requirements of senior management. • Set up reporting systems to support the evidence trail for ISO systems and Product Quality systems. • Provide Technical support for Maximo users.
Requirements
Experience: • Knowledge and experience of maintenance methods, tools and systems. • Experienced in working within an Inspection Driven Maintenance Strategy. • Interfaces with financial and production systems. • Minimum 2 years cement plant experience • Solid Knowledge of SQL language including (building queries - views - triggers - stored procedures - functions). • Build reports • XML knowledge • B.Sc of Electronic Engineer & Computer Science.

Quantity Surveyor Manager - Mechanical

Company: Our client is a multinational Project Management and Engineering firm which operates in the railway sector. They are currently involved with the management of the Design of a new metro project in Saudi Arabia. Duties and Responsibilities Ideally a QS related degree and be MRICS accredited however this is not a pre-requisite Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing directly with the Client, Engineers and Sub-contractors alike. Strong cost planning skills and the ability to prepare detailed estimates based on developed documentation is highly preferred Familiarity with PRESTO measurement and estimating software is preferred. Good knowledge on understanding of Drawings, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation, Rate analysis, Strong commercial sense, Market Survey / Testing, Tender document preparation, Pre-Tender Estimate and hands on experience on negotiation.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience At least 7 years post graduate experience in MEP working for PQS / QS Consultants and ideally some time working for a Contractor on MEP works Experience on New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects in MEP is highly preferred Should have been in the MEP industry for at least 7 years Should have commercial / QS experience in the GCC. Keen experience in relevant field, RICS & MRICS would be an added advantage. Strong written and communication skills MS Office, SAP
