The Legal Counsel is responsible for managing Azadea's legal daily operations. Key Accountabilities • Implement standard legal operating procedures to be followed by Azadea’s companies, in coordination with the Senior Legal Manager/Group Legal Counsel • Document and follow up on various cases and take charge of labor court cases arguing before the rent committee and consumer protection agencies • Draft and evaluate various types of leases related to the business ensuring all necessary issues are covered • Provide the Senior Legal Manager/Country Manager/Group Legal Counsel with regular feedback in issues related to the country’s laws • Ensure the companies' incorporation • Perform team management responsibilities and ensure all employees have the necessary skills and are motivated in order to maximize their contribution to the company
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Law • 5-7 years of experience in a multi-country/multi-brand company or reputable Law firm with emphasis on commercial and corporate Law • Experience in Local Laws is a must • Fluency in English • Proficiency in MS Office Competencies • Analytical Thinking • Attention to details • Strategic Thinking • Commercial Understanding • Developing and Motivating Others • Driving and Achieving results • Communication Skills

Junior Inventory Control Specialist

The Junior Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for handling inventory transactions while updating, validating and generating related data reports. Key Accountabilities • Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures set for inventory transactions • Specific for Regional: Coordinate with the local Inventory team to ensure, on a regional level, that retail prices are properly updated both in the system and the shops’ POS • Specific for Regional: Supervise and coordinate with local inventory teams/managers on devolution and returning merchandise while following up on related credit notes • Specific for Regional: Make sure that monthly cycle count is conducted at local level and generate, regionally, consolidated results to review acceptance percentage for the shrinkage per shop/brand/country • Specific for Local: Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions into JDE, as well as exporting the related to the Point Of Sale (POS) in the shops • Specific for Local: Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments • Specific for Local: Update uniform delivery to store employees and confirm/ validate sales figures in inventory data, as well as transfers between stores
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Accounting/Finance is a plus • 0-2 years of experience in Inventory or a related field; exposure to retail is a plus • Experience in Inventory Software is a plus • Fluency in English; French is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office Competencies • Analytical Thinking • Attention to details • Change and Adaptability • Communication Skills • Customer Focus • Driving and Achieving results • Teamwork

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the visuals’ layouts , artworks and prints of Azadea. Key Accountabilities - Design all print media for the store, in coordination with the Operations - Marketing teams and assigned suppliers, following the relevant set guidelines and high standards of graphics and designs - Monitor and control task progress to ensure effective and efficient execution - Stay up to date with latest graphic design software and techniques to accordingly recommend tools that can be efficiently applied in Azadea. - Complete print and pre-press service specifications, Finalize the related approvals and conduct the needed quality control. - Specific for Fashion: Carryout field visits, as scheduled and as assigned, to retail shops for determining the their print, layouts and/or display needs. - Specific for Fashion: Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles,aesthetic design concepts, collected briefs from shops and concerned parties. - Specific for Retail: Order and install the hoarding graphics, the material in fitting rooms and the policy signs in specific and designated areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent technical degree (TS) - 0-2 years of experience in a related field - Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and graphic software such as ADOBE, SUITE, flash, Animation or others
