and home appliances in Qatar. On their behalf, we are now looking for a senior
Head of Service.
Primarily responsibility will be to act as a profit center head for the entire after sales activities for the company. This is a very senior position with responsibility for hundreds of technicians, managing hundreds of service calls every day and achieving the business objectives as well as being the custodian of customer satisfaction across the region.
Should be a very mature and capable individual with plenty of experience in dealing with all types of customers, both retail as well as projects and with exceptional written and spoken communication.

The ideal candidate for this position would be
an Engineer with a minimum of 25 years of experience including atleast 10 years
within the GCC region. He must have handled well known international brands of
consumer electronics/home appliances as the head of service for a large region,
must have held P&L responsibility, have the capability to manage large,
distributed teams of people and the ability to keep the entire team focused on
customer satisfaction and achieving the TAT and other SLA. The ideal age would
be between 45-55.
