As part of their long term growth strategy, my client are looking for talented Revit Architect to work directly under the company's Design Director of Architecture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and shape their career with the company as they work on some regions leading projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Strive to attain the firm’s goals relative to design excellence in base building.
• Develop technical and schematic designs for multiple project concurrently.
• Possess knowledge of current development trends and practices within the design and construction industries.
• Assist the Project Manager with the design and documentation process and outside consultants.
• Organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.

• Ideally a knowledge of current UAE laws, codes and titles in relation to construction and design.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and team building skills.
• 4+ years of experience in Architecture with an emphasis on commercial or hospitality projects.

As part of their long term growth strategy, my client are looking for talented Senor Design Architects to work directly under the company's Design Director of Architecture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and shape their career with the company as they work on some regions leading projects.
Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• 12-15
years’ or more experience, Should be a qualified Architect (Master’s degree
preferable but not compulsory)
• Should have a creative design head with practical knowledge of design delivery issues
• Should be able to lead the project design both in the concept & detailed design stages
• Should be good at preparing Reports, design presentations with good graphic design skills
• Should be well versed in preparing detailed design drawings, BOQ & Specs.
• Should be well experienced in co-ordination with other engineering disciplines & delegates tasks accordingly.
• Should have good communication skills in English.
• Should possess inclusive knowledge of Building Standards. Awareness of Local authority regulations would be an advantage.
• Should have residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed use projects experience. Other sectors will be an added value.
Should be well versed with the following software:
• Autocad
• Revit
• Sketch up
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office suite
• Should be willing to listen and adapt
• Should have a positive attitude

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Attend client meeting with the Director.
- Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
- Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
- Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.

- Strong communication skills in English. Russian would be beneficial but is in no way necessary
