successful brokerage team, this is an excellent Opportunity to operate at the very
top end of the mortgage market.
You will help HNW and International Clients purchase properties across London and the UK and the majority of the mortgages will be in the million plus category.
Job Purpose
• Work with the leads given and develop these into your personal clients
• Maintain high compliance standards
• Represent the Financial Services brokerage arm of the business to a highly professional standard to clients and the broader business community
• Achieve business targets established by the company
• Follow internal process systems
• Maximise the value of private bank mortgage products which are only available on a exclusive basis to you
The package is negotiable with excellent earning potential + Benefits. First year earnings no less than £48-50k

Job Purpose:
• Provide a professional Independent mortgage advisory service to all clients
• Recommending the best mortgage product from the whole of the market along with suitable General Insurance products to meet the client’s needs
Specific Duties:
• Working in a team environment the mortgage broker will liaise with various estate agency customers
• Conduct telephone based/face to face mortgage appointments completing a fact find
• All leads and appointments will be provided along with full compliance and mortgage administration support
Job Purpose:
