Job Description of Sr. Manager - HR  Will lead a team of 15 members in HR Department  Will be responsible for Day to day activities of the HR Department from Hire to Fire  Will be responsible for employees succession planning  Will handle labour unrest , labour welfare activities in the camp  Will conduct meeting in the Labour camp, understands the problem and gives the feasible solution for the problem.  He will also look into Visa quota, visa renewal, passport renewal etc.  Will be responsible for implementation of new policies and system for smooth running of the organization.  He will be responsible for performance appraisal system of the entire organization.  Induction of the new workers who joins the organization  Day to day labour unrest matters to be handled peacefully.  Will also be responsible for the payroll functioning of the organization   Will maintain co-ordial relationship with clients will meet clients regularly.  Required Skill Sets for General Manager HR  He should be graduate specialized in Human Resource Management. Should have hands on experience in running labour camp setup for around 15-20 yrs Working in construction or manpower supply company. Should have Man management skills and team management skills Should be a good listener Should also be well versed in Gulf Labour laws Should be able to travel as and when required  
Job Description of HR - Assistants  Will be responsible for day to day activities in the site  He will also be one point of contact for HR Department from the site  Will also have a check on time office management at the site  Will also have an eye on safety items issued to him.  He will carry out all the paperwork and maintain database of workers at the site.  Will be responsible for data generation of visa renewal, passport renewal etc.  Required Skill Sets for HR Assistants  Should be Graduate in Human Resource  1-2 years experience working in construction Company  Should be a good listeners  Salary Package   Will be around 180BD 200BD

Road & Highway Structure Manager

The Role 
As part of our regional growth plans, we are currently looking for an experienced Road and Highway Structure to join our team in Saudi Arabia, providing leadership, management and technical expertise to develop and manage the construction of the Infrastructure for a major development in Saudi Arabia  Responsibilities -Performance: Satisfactory management of the delivery of the Roads and Highway Structures scope of services. Identify non--compliances and seek resolution or escalate the issue with recommended mitigation plan. -Procurement: Direct the review of scope briefs for procurement of design consultants and provide coordination in the procurement of construction packages. -Change Management: Variations and adjustments to consultant’s scope, review the requirements and assess the impacts. -Monitor construction change management process via the Engineer. -Permitting: Direct roads and highways structures related approvals e.g. traffic, road and bridge design/construction NOC process though appropriate agencies considering related risks and mitigating consequential impacts. -Cost: Technical reviews for completeness of established budgets (WBS and CBS align), review cost plans and monitor budgets against design. -Planning: Monitor the timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with construction need dates, review programming and construction sequencing that they reflect plot development programme; and utilities provided in accordance with programme requirements. -Risk reporting: Risk register developed and coordinated by infrastructure consultant, review mitigation measures, assess effectiveness and seek improvements where necessary. -Interface: Coordination across all road and highway structures and with other disciplines such as master planning, utilities, environmental, primary utility plant etc. and that plot delivery teams are coordinated with infrastructure teams. -Communication: Communication through weekly meetings incorporating progress updates and issue review across all elements of the programme. -Reporting: Weekly updates in the form of a dashboards associated with infrastructure, review all data and evaluate prior to project controls presentation to employer. -Assurance: Direct procedures for Infrastructure consultant and Supervision team submission QA, Safety, Environmental, Welfare reports review and report on non-compliances. -Directing the consultants and contractors for all roads and highway structures including, roads, signalling, lighting, structures, retaining walls, bridges, underpasses landscaping and public realm. -Building good working relationships within complex structures both within the project with client, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders. -Develop and Implement the relevant industry standards -Procure and direct Peer Reviews – Covering issues such as cost effectiveness, aesthetics, alternatives, operation and maintenance, design life, etc. -Value Engineering – Workshops to study options for savings / concluding with a benefits analysis to justify recommendations. -Directing the liaison and interfacing with road and traffic authorities to ensure the design takes cognisance of their requirements  Faithful+Gould is one of the world’s leading consultancies providing integrated project and programme management services for construction and engineering projects, with a turnover in excess of £200 million.  Faithful+Gould worldwide has access to 2,300 consultants, of whom 400 are located in the Middle East across six offices. Requirements 
Requirements -Qualified professional who has reached Manager level.
