chance to join a multi disciplinary company which has been established for over
a century including over 25 years in the UAE. The successful candidate will be
working on the companies High Rise/Residential division so experience in this
sector is a must.
- Must have at least 5 years demonstrable
experience, ideally as a Project Manager
- Must be from a Main Contractor Background
- Ideally be based in the GCC
- Have desirable experience in High Rise and Residential Developments, Mixed use is also a plus
- Candidate will have a degree from a western university

The role is working for a
Main Contractor in Dubai with projects all over the UAE. Must have a background
working with Tier 1 Main Contractor's in the Middle East.
• Managing the day-to-day project performance ensuring works are completed to schedule, to budget, and to a high quality
• Planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Management of site project teams
• Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
• Preparation of management reports
• Resolving site issues in a timely manner
• Coordinating internal and external resources
• Keeping informed of all project’s aspects and following up on any issues
• Reducing and resolving any deficiencies in authority, communication, or reporting by re-developing and organizing team members’ roles
• Overseeing personal development of all team members

• Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant industry
experience, including site supervision experience in administering and
delivering large-scaled projects, in the Middle East (preferably the UAE).
• Good academic credentials with minimum of a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Astute and level-headed professional with exemplary leadership qualities; good interpersonal skills; ability to handle extreme work pressure; and track-record of heading multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Membership in appropriate professional institution(s) would be an added advantage.

• Conduct frequent organizational assessments to measure adoption of excellence practices throughout the firm.
• Collaborates with the Manager, Service Excellence and Executive Leadership to design, implement and evaluate initiatives to deploy the Excellence model across the firm.
• Develop assessment reports including strength points, areas for improvements and recommendations.
• Advise senior management on status and adoption of the excellence model.
• Laisse with external entities from both public, private and not for profit for benchmarking and adoption of best practices
• Lead deployment of stakeholder survey management function
• Lead development of corporate policies in coordination with related business units
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the firm in conjunction with external consultants.
• Present findings and recommendations with confidence and communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities from process improvement initiatives.
