Principal Responsibilities Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating Dimension Data Infrastructure and Solutions, with in-depth product knowledge of Storage, Compute, Backup and Recovery Drive simple solution sales by understanding clients technical needs, translating identified needs into product bill of materials, support SLA and proposal write up Pre-sales skill development on technologies which are identified by Dimension Data as a long term strategy, such as Cisco, EMC and NetApp Soft skills development that are identified by Dimension Data such as sales and communication related Proposal Preparation i)Communicate with internal or external client for requirement gathering using phone or collaboration tools ii) Craft initial bill of material / configuration for fulfilment, partial and simple solution. Identify the suitable model to be proposed based on capacity, features and client IT environment needs iii) Generate proposal based on standard template with custom write up to address specific client needs (product and services) iv) Drawing of simple network based solution diagram to be included in proposal Perform work tasks assigned as required Adherence to Dimension Data sales, workflow and collaboration tools to communicate and deliver results Experience and Skill Requirements: 1. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 2. A minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in professional services, engineering or pre-sales environment 3. Possess pre sales development skills of new technologies which are identified as a long term strategy 4. Possess excellent technical sales and communications skills. 5. Have passion in new technologies and self-motivated learning 6. Possess one or more certifications as below: NetApp Certified Data Administrator NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer VCE Certified Professional Dell EMC PS Series Storage Dell EMC SC Series Storage Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Design Specialist Cisco and NetApp FlexPod Design Specialist

The Role
Contract Administrator - New York, USA International Commercial Stone Contracting Firm E3 Australia - US Visa Provided Continued project growth of major commercial projects in New York, USA has created two exceptional opportunities as Contract Administrators with our client, an international commercial stone contracting firm from Canada with offices across Canada, the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Monaco, Italy and South East Asia. Following the recent award of numerous stone construction contracts, our client seeks to appoint 2 Contract Administrators to lead the stone package for a major commercial museum refurbishment and extension project valued at $750M. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for the following: • Post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. • Assist in liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure information; costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of the project. • Assist in producing breakdowns and undertake value engineering process to meet client budgetary requirements • Assist in providing contractual advice to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager. • Assist in undertaking the preparation and processing of quotations, take-offs, bids and tenders within Client deadlines. • Assist in preparing cost, value and reconciliation monthly reports on each assigned project. • Attend internal hand-over meetings and site meetings. • Allocating work to subcontractors and supplier. • Providing advice on contractual claims. • Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. • Valuing completed work and arranging payments. • Comply with the Company’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety requirements and best practice.
Requirements
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or comparable experience. • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration / quantity surveying ideally within the stone contracting sector on high end commercial projects. Experience within the commercial interior fit out sector will also be considered. • The excellent negotiator we seek will be commercially astute with a strong attention to detail and be superior contractually. • Contracting or sub-contracting industry experience is required. An excellent salary package, with stable employment and exceptional projects, will be offered to attract suitable candidates to this role. An E3 visa will be provided for Australian Nationals to work in the United States (costs borne by client).

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades.
Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool
Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool.
Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.
Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.
Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at customer level. Ensures field implementation.
Education
Education : Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Required 10 to 15 years of direct semiconductor fab/customer experience managing complex semiconductor processing equipment from Applied Materials or other equipment companies. Also, a team player, ability to work under pressure and direct working experience in various American, Asian and European cultures. Being travel ready for overseas business visits is essential
