Senior Officer - Logistics and Inventory - Omani National

WY Warehouse
• Supervise WY Warehouse Operation in order to ensure uninterrupted and timely operations according to set guidelines.
• Supervise the approved requisition and delegate Administrator Inventory on the items to be issued for all outstations.
• Monitor the stocking and delivery operations of WY warehouse involving all In-Flight items to ensure timely availability of items requested by user department
• Check, verify and prepare Stock Replenishment for procuring items and forward it to Senior Manager Logistic, Supplies and Asset Management for approval in order to procure requested items
• Preparing Min-Max Report and forward it to Senior Manager Logistic and Inventory to keep updation on the stock Control Levels.
• Monitoring and preparing of issuing items reports
• Generate Consumption Report ,check, verify and prepare Stock Replenishment for procuring items and forward it to Senior Manager Logistic, Supplies and Asset Management for approval in order to procure requested items
• Maintain detailed report on rejections complains and delay in deliveries from suppliers
• Coordinate with Buyer to ensure the lead time for the delivery is accurately given.
• Monitoring the Report on regular basis on slow moving, non-moving and obsolete items

General Supervision
• Monitor the day to day operations of WY warehouses.
• Develop, review and recommend to Senior Manager Logistic, Supplies and Asset Management for new or improved warehouses, administrative and clerical procedures to maintain the economy and efficiency of the warehouse Section
• Control all contract items which involves items specifications, updation, deletion, etc. to ensure compliance with the contract terms and conditions
• Develop a comprehensive, concise, accurate and simple consumption planning report format for warehouses.
• Monitor and take charge of stock control and ensure adequate stocking of all items at all times
• Establish priorities & assign workloads accordingly
• Ensure all employees involved in data entry and have clear understating of the work in order to increase work flow productivity
• Conduct periodic stock checks in order to ensure that the physical stock and system records match
• Provide various kinds of analysis based on stock movement in order to run the operations more efficiently under the guidance of Sr. Manager – Logistics and Inventory.
• Review Inventory, Stock management, Consumption planning, Pending delivery Over due,
• Supplier default reports on monthly basis to keep track of Stock movement and increase
• efficiency in future operations .

Reports
• Assist Senior Manager Logistic, Supplies and Asset Management by providing reports on Inventory, Stock management, Consumption planning, Pending delivery , Batch due, Overdue, Supplier default reports on monthly basis to keep track of Stock movement and increase efficiency in future operations.
Bachelor degree in a related discipline with 04 years of professional logistics environment preferably in Airline Industry OR Two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 06 years of relevant work experience OR Specialised certificate preferably in Material Management / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 10 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions. ?
