The Role 
Commercial Manager - Power Distribution - Leeds  We are working with one of the market leaders in the UK who hold a reputation for delivering a high-quality delivery of major civil and infrastructure related projects.  With continued expansion throughout the UK they are re-structuring a region of their business and require an experienced commercial manager.  This role will sit over multiple projects (in between 4 and 7 at present), which will each have the project based QS reporting back.  The projects are related to power distribution across the north of the UK with values ranging from £5 million - £25 million, with higher value works in the pipeline.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in this sector where you will have full commercial responsibility for successful delivery of these projects.  To be of requisite calibre my client is looking for some who has;  * A proven track record working for main contractors * Experience in civil infrastructure projects, ideally power distribution * Ability to manage multiple projects, or multiple packages of works * Willingness to be based in Leeds and travel across the north of the UK  In return, my client will offer a market leading rate with full benefits package on top.

Requirements 
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:   •Six or more years of general tax experience, preferably with at least five years focused on international, regional and national taxation. Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.  •In-depth, first-hand experience of a wide range of industries  •Extensive consulting and compliance experience.  •Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred.  •Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills.  •In-depth knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations.  •Excellent project management and presentation skills required.  •Prior supervisory experience required.  •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.  •Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
