The Group of Companies is looking to develop its valve maintenance, management and consultancy business in Abu Dhabi. Building on the company’s existing approvals and licences in Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity of growing our global business in Abu Dhabi and assisting with the direction and strategy of the business as we expand. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to be the figurehead of our approach to the oil and gas markets in country.

JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / CUSTOMER INTERFACE

Position Description

The Business Development Manager will develop existing relationships that the company has forged both in country and with the clients overseas operations. The role will be to interact with Key Clients to sell valve solutions through Engineering, Diagnostics and Maintenance. The candidate should be well versed in Abu Dhabi oil and gas market, have good valve knowledge and preferably have been involved in Instrumentation. Successful people in the Group are motivated and driven with an enthusiasm to face challenges.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
1 Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
2 Identify key projects / new RFQ’s / top up requirements.
3 Coordinate with the Sales team in Dubai to guide and assist them to quote/bid for prospective opportunities in Abu Dhabi. The candidate would be the main link between Abu Dhabi and the company management based in Dubai.
4 Building relationship with key personnel within customer’s site, collecting market info and developing new clients in the region.
5 Understanding customers’ technical needs and providing solutions accordingly.
6 To obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements.
7 Presenting Score capabilities and providing presentation when required, including Valve Diagnostics.
8 Active involvement on vendor registration and pre-qualification for EPC contractors and End users.
9 Identifying valve repair, testing and maintenance opportunities through customer relationship.
10 Interact with our internal sales team regarding Project RFQ’s, active quote status, Technical clarifications, Bid extension, Post order support and market info.
11 Assisting finance department in expediting payments.
12 Providing weekly sales report and customer visit reports to Management based in the regional headquarters in Dubai.
13 Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements
1 Engineering Degree
2 Valve specific experience preferable Instrumentation
3 Valid UAE Driving licence

The subject position would be permanently based in Abu Dhabi with frequent travel expected to the Dubai office.

You will be responsible for management of sales & marketing portfolio including achievement of sales targets, building and implementing targeted marketing programs and driving performance of the strategies, meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets, customer acquisition and conduct market research and relationship management with national and global stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have a bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field ideally to post graduate level with a minimum of 3 years sales experience in both Online/Offline business environment. Experience in the Automotive industry would be advantageous. A proven experience running a growing, successful and profitable e-commerce site, selling B2C or B2B or related industry with high level of creativity , particularly in relation to sales planning, implementation and management is important to succeed in this role.

Digital Marketing Officer

JOB PURPOSE: Support the Digital Marketing Manager of the company MEIA in their primary and administrative duties.
MAIN OBJECTIVES: Marketing Officer responsibilities include assisting in implementing 360 campaign marketing strategies, as well as implementing and driving always-on digital campaigns for all 3 the company Group brands.

REQUIREMENTS:
•?Minimum of 3 – 4 years of digital experience in the region
•?Excellent communication and people skills to manage local soft skills
•?Must have worked in an ecommerce start up environment or a part of a ecommerce business
•?Worked in a digital marketing agency or managed digital marketing agencies closely
•?Exposure to marketing automation software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, Criteo, DMP platforms, email marketing tools etc.) (big advantage)
•?Basic working knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript
•?Proficient in design and video editing software Exposure to web applications (CMS, Social media platform backbends) (Preferred)

You will be responsible for developing Qatar market, acquiring new end customers i.e. contracting companies as well as consultants / architects, liaise with clients on technical and commercial clarifications, prepare reports for management leads, target and sales achievement and competitor information.
The successful candidate should be a Mechanical/Electrical engineering graduate with minimum 2-3 years experience currently working in sales of manufactured steel doors used in warehouses and large scale industrial buildings.

Candidates also should have experience dealing with Architects, Consultants and selling to Contractors and End Users. If you also have experience with distributors it will be an added advantage.
