Job Description 

1. Drive direct sales activities for products of P&G Division 2. Maintain and update the PALM customer database.  3. Maintain optimum stock levels in the van at any given point of time. 4. Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.  5. Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries. 6. Follow the journey plan to ensure optimum coverage by store type.  7. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.  8. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information.  9. Carry out competitor and customer surveys.  10. Ensure that stock and cash is handled correctly. 11. Maintain and report on equipment of the company. 12. Liaise and attend meetings within the company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.  13. Manage the van merchandiser.  14. Ensure proper sales fundamentals (distribution, pricing , merchandising and shelving). 15. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.  16. Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of company equipment.

Group Internal Audit Manager - Internal Audit - Kuwait  As the Group Internal Audit Manager, you will direct and deliver the Annual Audit Plan for your area of responsibility across all operating regions of the Retail Division. You will provide leadership to your audit team and act as a bridge between the audit team and the business.  Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): * Identifying needs to invest in manpower or technology, to enable the Internal Audit Department to provide effective risk coverage to the business and agrees the action plan with the Senior Vice President - Internal Audit * Identifying major risks in the business and finalising the Annual Audit Plan and the Strategic Audit Plan with the Senior Vice President - Internal Audit * Identifying opportunities for increasing profit margins or controlling costs through various audit examinations, and ensuring that the company's assets are adequately protected * Performing different consulting activities and acting as a bridge between the Internal Audit Department and various Functions to enable them to achieve their respective business objectives * Performing and leading complex / sensitive audit reviews or special reviews / investigations * Managing and providing professional guidance / supervision to audit staff on a continuous basis and overseeing progress reviews for staff, on an annual basis.

Established in 2001 as a partnership between Cornell University and Qatar Foundation, WCM-Q is part of Weill Cornell Medicine in New York and shares its mission of dedication to excellence in education, patient care, and research.  The first medical school in Qatar and a pioneer of coeducation at a university level, WCM-Q offers an integrated program of pre-medical and medical studies leading to the Cornell University M.D. degree. Teaching is by Cornell and Weill Cornell faculty, including physicians at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) who hold Weill Cornell appointments.  WCM-Q is in its 15th year of operation and is seeking a candidate for Director, Research Integrity.  Reporting to the Associate Dean for Research, the Director is responsible for strategic direction, oversight and operational management of the WCM-Q Office of Research Integrity to ensure a high level of responsiveness to the needs of the research community while ensuring that WCM-Q meets its ethical and regulatory obligations as they relate to animal subject protection and conflicts of interest.   Having in-depth knowledge of the regulations governing animal research, the incumbent will be responsible for assuring regulatory compliance of the animal subject protection program with Federal, Institutional and Qatari policies, procedures and regulations, acts as a Conflicts Liaison Officer (CLO) responsible for implementation of policies and procedures related to conflicts of interest and commitment on the Qatar campus, and serve as a liaison to the WCM-NY COI Office., supports the institutional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) office in overseeing the Occupational Health and Safety Program & Develops and maintains research education program.  Cornell University is an equal opportunity, affirmative action educator, and employer.
