Job Description 

Kodixodel is looking for enthusiastic people from Sales background on behalf of our Channel partners. 
  
Responsible towards:- 
 A. Revenue Generation/Business Development  1) Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets 2) Preparing sales plan & sales forecast and executing them effectively to achieve the targets of the company. 3) To analyze the requirements of customers and co-ordinate for successful product trials. 4) Analyzing market trends in terms of Products, Pricing, Technology, Competitors, etc. and translate that into effective customer requirements. 5) Identifying and exploring potential new business & initiating marketing as well as sales efforts. 6) Regular field trips to supervise, organize and coordinate all field activities, to ensure successful business. 7) Creating Brand awareness and demand in the market. 8) Handle operations (Quotation, Follow-ups for order, Order execution, Collection, Forms etc.)  B. Customer Relationship Management  1) Direct customer contact on technical matters, including application analysis and gaining customer approval for our products. 2) Attending customer enquiries through calls and visits.  3) Working with Sales Team and distribution network to promote our products.  C. Planning & Reporting  1) Preparation of sales reports and sales forecast on regular basis. 2) Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits & should ensure timely and accurate reporting. 3) Identifying needs of different Markets and Product Lines and report the same. 4) Responsible for optimizing resources.  D. Quality Support  1) Visiting customers for technical discussions and resolving complaints. 2) Support product development and manufacturing process.  E. Team Building   
1) Identify the needs of the team and accordingly introduce new members, arrange training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements
