Continuing project growth globally has created this exceptional executive position with our client, a leading well established international property development firm headquartered in Dubai. This firm develops private residential, leisure and commercial development projects across Dubai and the Middle East North Africa region comprising the UAE, North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. They now seek a Senior Vice President – Sales to lead large geographical sales teams based in Dubai and across the region. Their projects comprise luxury hotel, commercial and residential projects that enjoy high end, high quality interiors and finishes. The core objective of this role is to build a high performing team and motivate and deliver sales targets.

Reporting to the CEO and managing a large sales team of 150 staff; this role is responsible for the following:
• Create and manage the implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Management of a large sales team of 150 staff and ensure achievement of property sales targets for local and international markets.
• Monitor and drive sales targets to ensure team performance.
• Management and leadership of sales activities and initiatives.
• Manage client relationships with High Net Worth individuals and Investors.
• Manage specific real estate investment properties in multiple locations, negotiating with clients to achieve the best opportunities for client and company.
• Developing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
• Reporting to Top Management on sales progress for individual projects, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
• Degree qualification in Business, Property or comparable and a minimum of 10 years’ direct sales experience is essential.
• Direct “high end” sales are essential with industry experience required across the Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Automotive, FMCG or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
• Candidates will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and can demonstrate a proven track record in sales success.
• The professional we seek must possess the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Creative vision and strategic thinking abilities who can engage a sales team.
• Ability to work on several projects concurrently.

To support this growth, our client; the public works authority; has created a senior Advisor role in the field of Corporate Planning and Strategy for this government agency. This role advises on:

• Business Process Reengineering/Improvements (BPR/BPI)
• The EFQM Excellence Model “European Foundation for Quality Management”
• Development of Corporate Strategies.
• Providing world standard advice to the Government in the field of corporate and strategic planning.

Reporting to the Corporate Planning & Strategy Manager (Qatari National), this role is advisory and is responsible for the following:

• Advisory service in the preparation and implementation of corporate and strategic planning including the building of key performance indicators, setting of vision and mission and setting of corporate goals to enable achievement of departmental and organisational goals and objectives.
• Design, implement and evaluate initiatives to deploy the Excellence model across the firm.
• Provide coaching and to all departments to develop and promote best practices.
• Conduct frequent organizational assessments to measure adoption of excellence practices throughout the firm.
• Develop assessment reports including strength points, areas for improvements and recommendations.
• Liaise with external entities from both public, private and not for profit for benchmarking and adoption of best practices
• Advise on the development of corporate policies in coordination with related business units
• Assist in the process improvement initiatives across the firm in conjunction with external consultants.
• Present findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Promote and develop a continuous improvement culture across the business.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the business.
• Facilitate and provide specialist process improvement advice to business units via targeted workshops to identify and resolve specific issues that are critically impacting business outcomes and require urgent resolution.
Essential attributes include:

• Degree qualification in Commerce or comparable with Master’s Degree from a recognized institution being highly regarded.
• A minimum of 10| years’ experience in corporate and strategic planning with experience in Government being highly desirable.
• Problem solver with out of the box thinking.
• Ability to work across multi-functional teams to deliver quality on time and in a collaborative environment.
• English fluency is essential with Arabic language skills being desirable.

Our client is a global market leader in the manufacture of BOPP and Metalized Films with global operations across Saudi Arabia, Europe and the United States. This firm are a subsidiary of a renowned Saudi business conglomerate with global operations. Our client now seeks to appoint a Business Development Manager for their European markets that will be based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for Key Accounts to lead and manage the business development activities for the BOPP and BOPET films for the firm from a strategic and tactical level

Reporting to the General Manager Sales and as a start-up territory, the proven performer we seek will be responsible to:

• Develop and implement regional business development and sales plans to accommodate corporate goals for the European market.
• Managing the technical and commercial relationships with the firm’s Key Account Customers.
• Monitor sales and business development forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys and review market analyses for European markets to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Meet key clients with maintaining relationships in negotiating and closing deals.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients,
• Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by developing sales territories, quotas and goals.

• Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, analytical skills essential as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
• Candidates who are familiar with the European region and have strong contacts in the BOPP industry in Europe will be highly regarded.
• Languages skills in English and other European languages would be highly regarded.
