Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: a. O & M activities of Airfield Ground Lighting system for Runway and Taxiway. b. Monitor, record and operation of AGL lighting, constant current regulators, Automatic Lighting Control system. c. Good communication skills to liaise with ATC tower for getting permission to work on the Airfield. d. Knowledge of airfield communication codes for movements in the runway and taxiway. e. Diagnose and rectify faults and restore airfield lighting to operational status. 2. SPECIFIC DUTIES: a. Organize and plan workload assigned to the airfield as per planned preventive maintenance plan and various tasks. b. Checking of various lightings on the airfield like, Runway/Taxiway Center line lights, edge lights, flashers, approach lights, Precision approach path indicator lights (PAPI), distance markers, sign boards, touch down zone lights, edge lights, flasher control units..etc. c. Knowledge of safe working habits on High voltage circuits, as the AGL operating voltage is 5 KV. d. Knowledge of earth fault finding, and rectification technics of AGL system. e. Knowledge of cable terminations. f. Knowledge of all safety procedures on airfield and PPE required for the same. g. Recognizing of spares required for each tasks, record and list all the spares used and list out required spares for future maintenance. h. Knowledge of HV and LV systems i. Ensure quality of work. j. Record all activities on the airfield in the register and submit weekly reports. k. Report various matter of Repair/Maintenance to the Engineer.

Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will work with a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers. In this senior level role, you are responsible for ensuring that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Seclore solutions resulting in customer retention and account growth. You will build long-term trusting relationships with these customers and ensure that they realize full value from their investment with Seclore. Your focus will be to make every customer in your portfolio wildly successful resulting in reference able customers who maintain long-term loyalty to Seclore. In addition to acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will be a customer advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and internal Seclore teams. You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these customers are communicated and driven throughout the Seclore organization. This role will be based out of Saudi Arabia / Dubai. Primary Responsibilities Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals Engage regularly with assigned portfolio of customers via strategic and operational discussions to evaluate needs and strategic direction. Job Description
1. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. 2. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. 3. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. 4. Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. 5. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. 6. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager. 7. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. 8. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. 9. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required. 10. Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders. 11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
