Job Scope:
Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Area 1: Strategic Directive
• Contributes towards the three-year annual strategic plans and budgets.
• Monitors organisational progress towards objectives and key performance indicator.
• Participates in transforming the company's strategy into operational plans focusing on own functions.
• Reviews and approves departmental policies and procedures.
• Promotes and maintains business development aspects of the organisation as well as establishing solid relationship with all associating organisations.

• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.

• Negotiates sales agreements and manages agreements on all sales opportunities
• Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.

• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
• Maintains relations with customers by organising and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
• Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
Experience Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.

Education & Qualification Requirements:
• Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar (MBA Preferred).
• Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM).
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English.

Senior Legal Manager (Banking)

• To provide legal advice, guidance and services to the Bank and the other members of the Group. The individual will operate in this capacity under the supervision and direction of the Group Legal Head.
• Providing legal advice and services through anticipating and evaluating potential legal problems, and providing competent advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with various Lines of Businesses and assist in developing business contracts, interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations governing the Bank’s activities.
• Prepare/Review documentation and other legal contracts for ensuring that the Bank’s legal rights are adequately protected, in all activities undertaken by the Bank.
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, buy-sell agreements, and so forth.
• Identifying potential legal implications, opportunities and risks under the laws of various countries in which it conducts its business and advising management appropriately.
• Follow up on litigation and dispute cases; take necessary action(s), prepare memorandums and pursue the implementation of the decision and ruling in this respect.
• Formulate legal strategies for the legal cases filed by/against the bank to ensure that the Bank’s interest is effectively safeguarded and legal obligations are carried out effectively.
• Liaise with external lawyers to implement the strategies, and ensure adequate monitoring/follow up;
• Revising existing and new standard legal documentation for conventional and Islamic transactions, so as to create precedents to be used in the Bank in order to facilitate business needs.
• Providing legal advice and assistance with regard to corporate acquisitions and divestments.
• Prepare memorandums, circulars and external letters as required.
• Provide and recommend accurate legal advice/opinion to the Management and Staff to ensure that decision making is legally correct and that the Bank’s interests are protected.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field which might affect the Bank and prepare reports on relevant matters for consideration by management.
• Assist the various subsidiaries with Legal issues governing these entities.
• Represent the Bank at meetings with external bodies to ensure that legal aspects of any decisions are fully considered.
• 8 – 10 years of experience in various Legal positions, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior/management position.
• Legal degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s from a recognised Institute, international education is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of financial institutions and banking practice from a legal perspective.
• Demonstrated experience with issues management, risk and strategic problem solving.
• Demonstrated experience undertaking research and applying analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing policy, procedures and /or corporate practices.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of Board governance, best practices, protocols and procedures.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while paying attention to details, ensuring a high standard of quality work.
• Excellent knowledge of business English and Arabic.

• Supervise audit staff in planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of Internal Audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff; and taking corrective actions to address performance problems.

Job Scope:
Responsible for significantly improving the operational and service capabilities of the Warehouses towards best in class levels and will coordinate all warehousing functions of all the warehouses in his region. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for all warehouse activities, focusing on safety, performance, employee development and warehouse process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analysing complex operations and/or problems, identify causes, document and present recommended solutions including the evaluation of risks associated with recommended solution and Build Business and People Capabilities by embedding the company’s values.
• Responsible for all consolidated warehouse operations, logistics support, and the proper placement of personnel and assets in the region.
• Provides effective management of warehousing activities to deliver high quality services for business units within the region, including stock takes, unloading, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, at policy and strategy levels.
• Manages a Warehousing Operational Dashboard, including a set of metrics and key performance indicators that will help the process of standardizing operations and allowing benchmark comparison between the different warehouses in the region.
• Plans and analyses operational data and reports to ascertain degree of conformity with established policies, work standards, and procedural directives.
• Creating a clear and outlined strategy to ensure continuous operations/processes improvements within the warehouse.

• Prepares and updates warehouse layout plans, as well as prepares future warehousing needs and designs for the region based on target growth rate, expansion, customer demands, and facility end of lease or end of life.

• Works with the National Operations Manager and procurement or maintenance teams to request, select, and purchase assets or services for the facilities in his region.
• Leading the warehouse supervisors and team leaders under his region to meet or exceed the established divisional warehousing KPIs and SLAs.
• Working closely with the operations manager; Sales Teams, Customer Service, Supply Planning Teams.
• Directs and monitors employees through the warehouse supervisors to accomplish the goals of the warehouse.
• Assigns duties, instructs, and supervises subordinates in proper work techniques and procedures. Develop the guidelines to clarify the key responsibilities and practices to ensure the team promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results.
• Ensure the implementation of Company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage. Ensure the alignment of the company best practice and initiate the development plan based on the outcome of PDR and Career Development Plan.
• Identify Team training needs and work with his Team and HR to ensure skills gapes are covered through systematic coaching and training courses & on the job coaching

• Must have around 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in the Warehousing/Logistics field.
