Job Description
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will develop, execute and lead sales and revenue growth strategies and initiatives to achieve BRs growth targets. The CRO will own the entire revenue generation process accountable for developing new revenue opportunities/models and leading key client account strategy and planning. Incumbent will build consultative relationships with clients to solve strategic issues and generate opportunities and engage on the design of technology and data products and solutions to maximize high value customers. Must collaborate across the company to align and achieve financial and cultural goals. Will serve as a member of ACI Global Business group Responsibilities - Lead and manage the revenue strategy, teams and all revenue-generation & execution opportunities. - Develop and own BRs go-to-market strategy including social monetization playbook, messaging and marketing materials that help evangelize and tell the BR story. - Identify and create client and data driven solution oriented sales opportunities. - Partner with Marketing to create innovative proactive and reactive ideas and programs leveraging BRs full suite of assets - Develop winning strategies and partnership programs for top/key growth accounts - Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Editorial, Insights and Branded Content Studio to develop new marketing and sales solutions, sellable franchises and advertising-based revenue models - Generate scalable, repeatable and predictable revenue - Develop scalable, cross-platform ad products & packages - Manage the sales/account teams, and lead Bleacher Reports sales and brand solutions strategy - Devise and implement strategic business plans to deliver fiscal targets and long term growth strategy - Responsible for meeting BRs quarterly and annual revenue account targets by owning the sales strategy from conception to execution - Build and maintain BRs channel of high quality client relationships and partnerships - Provide accurate and timely management information, revenue forecasts, reports and analysis, and ensure clear communication to executive leadership team and stakeholders. - Build a performance driven culture with a social, customer execution and growth focus - Partner on the development and evolution of our strategic brand partnerships and marketplace growth - Drive brand integrations including digital, social, and experiential - Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the businesses overall strategy Qualifications: - Demonstrated achievement as a Chief Revenue Officer - 10+ years of experience managing sales and/or business development teams - Demonstrated success in sales strategy planning and execution - Strong collaborator that works well cross functionally, across the company, and externally - Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment - Ambitious and passionate about BRs growth in the marketplace - Ability to inspire creativity throughout the organization - Avid reader and viewer of b/r content and user of social platforms

Job Description
Primary responsibility is to perform optical design activities in accordance to QSG design process with focus on quick turn-around time to respond to RFQs and Sales Orders, this will mainly be analyzing requirements, generating optical concepts, counter-proposals and detailed design tasks through to prototypes and FAT
Interpret customers requirements to generate optical designs and tolerance budgets. Generate optical drawings in accordance to ISO10110
Ensure proper engineering documentation (Zemax files, design reports, etc.), life cycle and data management in Product Data Management (PDM) system
Build, test and refine prototypes to meet design specifications through verification & validation
Support Operations as a technical resource on product design issues. Represent the R&D team during all engineering builds and production ramp-ups
Provide technical communications and represents Company as technical contacts to customers and/or government regulatory agencies
Participate in design reviews with customers when required and prepare/present optics design portion of design reviews. Also create design reports when required

Develop good understanding of the Business and System(s) under test
Design and document test cases / scripts based on the functional specification
