Job Responsibility  We seek to recruit a sharp finance professional passionate about equity investing.  The candidate should thrive on challenges and be comfortable with real life uncertainties and manage tight timelines. Strong fundamentals, good communication skills and a fine team spirit are a must. Financial modelling skills and multi-model valuation expertise is expected. All candidates would need to represent an investment proposal on an Indian security, qualify a written test and pass atleast two rounds of interviews.   Job Profile Responsible for covering a wide range of companies, securities, economies, sectors and assist  in generating investment ideas/thesis & valuation summaries: - through deep-dive fundamental research: understanding the business, the value chain, through detailed analysis of financial statements, management meetings, financial valuation modelling with sensitivity analysis and milestone-based triggers. - through market alerts, algorithms, and network of relationships - by seeking arbitrage or hedging opportunities (through F&O, special situations, etc.) and determining appropriate pyramiding up/down - by preparing detailed investment notes, compliance with internal controls - by preparing various analytical reports, bench-marking, presentations, et al. - assisting in general management

Requirements 
This person should want to work in a fast paced sales environment be driven by targets, commission, progression.  As a recruiter, you must be willing to spend a lot of time on the phone with prospective candidates.  Consultants with a minimum of one year's experience with a professional background in the financial industry OR WITH strong interest in developing financial services recruitment exposure/industry knowledge.  Good communication skills/ Good command of written and spoken English.  Strong strategic thinking and business acumen in developing and modifying learning solutions to meet dynamic business environment
