We have an urgent requirement for Pastry Division for Charlotte company in Saudi Arabia. Job Location : Saudi Arabia. A leading pastry boutique since 1994, Charlotte formerly known as" House of Bakeries finest and largest sweet and pastry collections in Saudi Arabia. Position 1 : Freezer Supervisor Should have min 10 yrs exp with 5 star hotel as Freezer Supervisor. Responsible for planning , managing and directing production activities within the production facility. Coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line. Job Requirements : 1 Certificate or Diploma in Freezer Supervisor. 2 Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in large central bakery, pastry preparation and menu planning . 3 English fluency . 4 Oral & written communication skills. 5 Computer and Microsoft office skills. 6 Critical thinking and problem solving skills. 7 Interpersonal relations skills and Organizational skills . 8 manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. 9 Able to work long hours , if needed and be on call anytime during stores working hours. 10 Initiate and participate in acquiring ISO and HACCAP Certificates.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, ideally with an MBA. 2. 10-15 years of retail experience in sanitary ware/household goods/appliances. 3. 8 years of experience in a senior leadership position (Regional Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, etc.) of a medium to large business, with full operational, and strategic responsibility. 4. Minimum of 5 years UAE experience. 5. Must demonstrate strong brand awareness in building materials sector. 6. Experience in local franchise/distribution model of business.

The Role
