Job Description 

Main duties  Mechanical engineers perform some or all of the following duties: Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems Design power plants, machines, components, tools, fixtures and equipment Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites or in industrial facilities Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance crews Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.

The Role 
Digital Strategy Senior Manager - Singapore  Candidate will be a Senior Manager focusing on Digital Technology Strategy and related transformation. Digital Technology Strategy practitioners work with C-suite and senior leadership of top organizations across industries and geographies to:  - Apply deep technology strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client digital agenda. - Partner with technology and business leaders to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues intersecting business, digital technology & operations. - Understand clients' industry landscape and business in the context of global, economic, technology & social trends. - Adapt, develop and implement specific digital transformation solutions and drive value led work for clients.  Key Responsibilities: - Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving technology business problems that lead to strategic insights - Lead value analysis to generate technology insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and for the firm - Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant technology strategy topic. - Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area - Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs 
Requirements 
- Deep knowledge and long track record of success in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Retail, Communications & Media, Hi-tech, Consumer Goods, and Health Sector - Strong oral, written and presentation skills including expertise in consulting documentation to create effective story-telling documents using packages such as MS-PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. - Expert in ability to direct work, collaboration and handling intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented consulting engagements - MBA degree in (or related) areas such as Marketing, Finance, General management, Strategy, Digital business, eCommerce, Customer-relationships etc. - Experience in the following areas: Digital Vision, C-suite presence, current and emerging digital and marketing trends, ability to direct competitive assessment - Understand broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scope - Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen; ability and experience to lead RFP responses - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous/start-up environment as the business develops and scales - Experience with defining high-level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital marketing - Experience developing best practices to support strategy recommendations - Ability to generate customer experience insights, strategy formulation, lead transformation management, roadmap and planning, and analytics/insight generation  This role is quite urgent.
