Charterhouse is working with a well-known financial services company who is looking to hire a Japanese speaking Executive Assistant (temporary - may be extended) to support the CEO.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the CEO's expense settlements for the Senior Executive Officer as well as communicate with the branches back office in London. You will arrange appointments, business trips as well as accommodation, restaurant and car booking when needed. You will be responsible for planning seminars, receptions and parties from venue booking to all staff and guest preparation as well as welcoming guests and visitors making sure the event runs smoothly. You will also monitor and track expenses making sure they are within the CEO's budget.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant within a professional environment. You will be responsible for serving clients as well as developing and expanding the client base across Saudi Arabia. You will also ensure that projects are continually executed to an outstanding standard. In addition, you will develop and engage the team through individual contacts and group meetings.
The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) with at least 5 years solid experience in internal and external audit, ideally from a Big 4 practice. You should have experience performing forensic investigations and fraud risk reviews / assessments. Out client is looking to hire an Engineering Business Manager who will strategize, lead and implement sales strategy for all product lines with the overall objective of achieving revenue and profitability targets. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the staff across the Gulf region. You will develop new clients and manage new products, set sales strategies, define annual budgets and quarterly targets as well as identify opportunities for growth. You will formulate business growth strategies and support business development, lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue and customer satisfaction whilst reporting to the Business Unit Head. You will be responsible for 12 sales staff members, developing and monitoring them to ensure their skill development to create a high performing talent pool.
The successful candidate should have a Degree in an Engineering discipline along with a minimum of 10 years. experience working in the UAE / GCC within the oil & gas industry. You should have a minimum of 5 years' leading and managing a sales team, proven success in developing business with new business and growing existing accounts. Arabic speaking is not essential, however it would be advantageous.
