One of our clients who are an international
shipping company, are seeking a recently graduated Assistant Financial Analyst
to join their team. This is a new role which has the potential to develop into
a long-lasting career and they are seeking a motivated individual who is keen
to learn from their senior peers. This exciting opportunity will suit a fluent
English speaker who has an Economics Degree, or similar.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for manipulating large volumes of data, using Excel on a daily basis in order to create statistical models, which will support the decision making process from senior management. You will also build and maintain the database with other departments, enhance existing reports and aid the development of new ones, analyse data for troubleshooting and accuracy purposes in order to streamline and resolve reporting issues, and on an ad-hoc basis you will be required to analyse business units, competitors and performance schedules.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate
with a Degree in Economics, or similar and be a fluent English speaker. You
will be located in Dubai on a permanent basis and have excellent analytical
skills, with the ability to examine and interpret complex information from
numerous sources. You will possess excellent data visualisation skills to
produce charts, graphs and dashboard reports and be a focused, cooperative and
self-assured individual.

A leading multinational semi- government
organisation currently has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing CRM
champion, based in Dubai. This is a new role reporting directly into the Head
of Marketing & Communications and as a result, progression within this role
is expected. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple amounts
of detail within the CRM is essential, as is an exceptionally high standard of
the English language.
You will be responsible for managing and assisting with the implementation of a newly integrated CRM system. The successful candidate will be appointed CRM champion for the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region to assist peers, colleagues and senior management in the data cleanse, smooth running and maintenance of the CRM. Within this role the information and data captured will be used to interpret market intelligence and analyse and present data to assist in conducting direct marketing campaigns. Part of the role also requires candidates to be competent in social media management tools to provide a further reach for the business, and attend corporate events in order to providing public speaking presentations. As our client works in partnership with many global organisations there is also a requirement to manage relationships with any third-party marketing product suppliers on behalf of the regional marketing team.

In order to be successful in the post of
Marketing & CRM Champion candidates are expected to be educated to degree
level in Marketing, Business or ICT and have between 1-3 years’ experience in a
CRM and marketing environment. Those with an extensive knowledge of CRM system
management and reports, alongside analyising market intelligence should apply
for this role. You must also be a fluent English speaker with excellent reading
and writing skills and free to travel with minimal restrictions to the IMEA
region and the company’s headquarters in UK.

Reporting to the Office Coordinator, this role is responsible for performing administrative duties in and outside the office. You will work alongside the Office Coordinator and the Office Assistant and provide all other staff with administrative support as and when required. There will be interaction with the Chamber of Commerce and other government entities and you will deliver, receive and submit official documents as assigned as well as collecting requests for proposals, documents and deliver critical proposals to clients.
You will provide administration support such as printing, binding, copying, faxing, scanning and filing and will be responsible for purchasing office sundries and other miscellaneous items as requested.
You will also support the IT department and monitor accessories and report any shortages, restock supply closet with printing papers, pens, paper clips, staplers and provide short-term Reception cover as necessary; greeting visitors, dealing with couriers, meeting rooms etc.

Our client is a large multinational company in
the professional services arena and they require a minimum of one years work
experience in a relevant customer service and administrative role. The client
is open to male or female candidates but they must be of Saudi nationality.
