Currently We are looking for Systems Analyst having experience of Configuration of VMS Tools sucha as SAP-Fieldglass, Beeline, People click, ICMS SucessFactors etc The Candidate will be working in one of the Manpower Group of Companies in Sydney, Australia Position Title: Systems Analyst Position Description Position Purpose The Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the technology streams of the PMOs projects from the planning stage through to successful implementation. They will also provide support and expertise to the Sales team on the design of innovative solutions for new clients as well as the design of major enhancements for existing clients. This role is responsible for building the knowledge base of local capability of ATS/VMS tools and supporting the creation of the ManpowerGroup ANZ ATS/VMS strategy. Experience/Qualifications Essential:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in delivery IT intergration projects or equivalant
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working in a client focused delivery environment, with experience across enterprise level software implementation projects
Strong experience in designing innovative technology solutions that intergrate a varity of technologies, focusing on, but not limited to VMS and ATS systems.
Strong experience in a complex, multi-project environments with the ability to articulate effectively to different audiences, both verbally and in writing
Ability to communicate & present to different audiences (business & technical) including external vendors
Strong customer service focus
Accustomed to working in a high volume/pressure environment
Effective time management skills with an ability to multi-task and re-prioritise regularly
Ability to manage user/client requests and expectation and prioritise tasks accordingly
Demonstrated experience in writing technical documentation, including high level requirements, functional specifications and technical specifications
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team;
Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to "think outside the box" and developing creative solutions
Advance Microsoft Office skills
