Job Description
You shall be part of a team of 2-3 Sales Managers in the USA, and help the Co grow from 20m US$ sales to 100m in 3 years time
You shall provide business Leadership to the delivery teams in India
Operate as the lead contact point for all matters specific to client and across all application technologies in BFSI verticals
Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with Client
Negoitiate all new contracts and close agreements to maintain 35% GM
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutios per client needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quaterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business plan with client and or identify areas of improvement ot exceed sales quotas
Forecast and track new account metrics along with P&L accounts
Prepare reports on accounts status
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Try to make client a US$ 6 m account with sustainable growth from existing 4.5m US$
Salary:USD 1,00,000 & above P.A. 60:40 ratio 150,000 US$
