The Opportunity: 
• Lead the delivery of projects ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management and good communication and collaboration between Arcadis colleagues. 
• Engage with the client and all key stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of project objectives and to establish protocols for working together. 
• Select, lead and develop the project team, to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver the project, they understand and are engaged with the project strategy, brief and client requirements, and to manage their delivery of project objectives. 
• Develop and propose potential solutions, including solutions that fall outside the standard codes where appropriate, to meet or exceed client expectations. Guide clients through the technical decision making process and provide alternative solutions if there are changes to project parameters. 
• Develop strong, partnering relationships with senior client personnel in order to identify and resolve issues, to identify business opportunities and to influence their decision making. 
• Build strong working relationships with other teams and technical disciplines, Arcadis offices and external organisations to foster cooperation and to identify cross-sell and trade-up opportunities. 
• Provide input into specific technical aspects of individual bids to support the production of high quality winning bids.
• Chartered Engineer professional status, or equivalent. 
• More than 5 years’ relevant experience including leadership of the development and implementation of engineering solutions. 
• Recognised expert in a professional discipline with well-established industry networks. 
• Strong consulting skills including project management and client relationship management at senior management level. 
• Experience in managing business relationships at senior management level.

The role of the Designer’s Site Representative differs from that of the Engineer’s or Employer’s Representative in that the role is to advise the Contractor and to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the approved design. The role combines elements of site supervision and monitoring of construction to ensure compliance with the design and the Employer’s requirements and follow project’s QA procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Issue Designer’s Site Instructions for any changes to design which do not require analysis.
• Sign off Execution Certificates
• Approve all Method statements for works to be carried out ( including assessing Health and Safety Risk Assessments)
• Check and approve all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) prior to any work taking place.
• Check and approve the Quality Plan in association with the QA/QC Manager-done
• Attend Inspection requests and sign off on all hold points.
• Continuously monitor the works to check compliance with the specification, drawings and method statements.
• Issue Observation reports when required to advise the Contractor when activities are incorrect in order that NCRs can be avoided.
• Issue NCRs when required. ( Note that 70% of NCRs should be raised by the Contractor if his QA/QC is working correctly)
• Assist with the maintenance of the NCR register, review and approve the Contractors resolution of the NCR and finally sign off and close out the NCR on the completion of the rectification.
• Prepare daily reports of site activities and keep site records including resources deployed.
• Prepare monthly report
• Responsible for H&S
• Will be in charge of a 10-12 engineering staff.
• Should have at least 10 years experience and Chartered(UK) or PE (USA) or equivalent.
• This is a site based role Thursday to Saturday (48 hours/week)
• Will report to the Contractor (Client) and address Engineer’s RE queries and attend regular progress meetings
• Need both design and construction supervision experience.

The Opportunity:
Project Managing a mega-project in Saudi Arabia, setting up a PMO Office and directing a team of highly qualified professionals to deliver every milestone on-time and in-budget.
• The Sustainability Manager will be serving as primary client contact within Sustainability and Environmental Consulting, translating client needs into a defined scope of work, and working with Sustainability Consulting staff to delegate and effectively complete client deliverables.
• The Sustainability Manager will advise the client on how to produce environmentally sustainable strategies to prevent or minimise the potentially harmful effects that business practice can cause when, directly or indirectly, it constitutes a drain on natural resources.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in total with at least 10 years on Mega Projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience in high-level client engagement
