You must have a bachelor’s degree in Systems or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in process and utilities systems simulation and optimization applications. You will have extensive knowledge to conduct economic studies and cost analysis of facilities and systems. A Master’s degree is preferred.

The Hydrocarbon Liquid Custody Transfer Measurement Engineer will be responsible for providing professional technical guidance on international standards, operational processes, their optimization, facility design and solution to all aspect of liquid custody transfer measurement problems.You will perform technical audits of Aramco liquid measurement facilities and provide recommendations for their improvements. You will be conducting frequent evaluations of custody measurement systems.
You must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in fiscal and custody transfer applications of hydrocarbon liquids, including at least 3 years in Sampling & Testing of Hydrocarbon Liquids.You should be an expert in hydrocarbon measurement applications (volume calculations, proving, sizing, calibration, etc.). You should be able to design and/or validate the design of sampling systems for custody transfer of liquid hydrocarbons You will have notable contributions to recognized international journals and/or international standard organizations

Hays are currently working with a leading Global Engineering Consultancy that specialise in Energy and Power projects across the GCC. They are looking to recruit an experienced construction manager for a large power plant project in Oman.
To be considered for the role the candidate must have between 10 - 20 years experience and must have worked as a consultant on a large power or energy project in the GCC, ideally dealing with an East Asian contractor. 

An attractive salary of around $6,000 per month is on offer with accommodation and site allowance also provided. The working hours are 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
