Description
* Develop the division strategy in line with the functional strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies across the organisation.
* Develop and deploy department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to the organisation.
* Consolidate and recommend the Industry Strategy Development budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
* Monitor and report the regulatory environment both within and outside the Free Zones, review, lobby and make recommendations on regulations (both industry-specific and in general) in order to attract new and retain existing companies.
* Identify economic impact metrics, develop a performance measurement framework (e.g., methodology, data source, custodians, frequency) and set targets in order to monitor economic development and growth.
* Develop short- and long-term Economic Development Strategy, as well as the gathering of information and preparation of analytical studies, reports, and recommendations to achieve such goals
* Encourage and engage in blue-sky thinking to identify new sectors that have high economic impact potential and are aligned with the Dubai Strategic Plan.
* Lead and participate in the formulation of a long-term strategic development programme for new sectors, comprising the vision, mission, value proposition, KPIs, strategic initiatives, proposed governance (e.g., new Council), implementation plan, economic impact etc

Manager Digital Customer Experience Operations and Support

Main responsibilities: 
• Monitoring, error isolation, escalation, and repair of problems related to digital customer experience channels.
• Manages and coordinates the implementation and roll out of the processes and applications in the respective area 
• Performing performance management, availability reporting, and other administration
• Manages the implementation and roll-out plan, identifies and classifies potential barriers to the implementation and defines alternative solutions or changes if necessary.
• Facilitates the implementation of development projects as per the agreed on process in order to ensure timely completion and compliance to quality standards.
• Documents End 2 End Business Processes, Policies and Requirements in alignment with key stakeholders. Translates the same into technical requirements and defines end-to-end technical design & functionality.
• Engages with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate effective and organized issue resolution and provide training to stakeholders and customers.
• Manages the complete cycle of the product including the delivery of user manuals, training sessions and arranging for proper end user support.

* Understand in detail the context and agenda of the event as well as the speech. Determine key issues that need to be discussed, how long will each topic be discussed, the order in which topics will be discussed, and the overall duration of the entire speech.
* Draft the speech with a specific tone in mind, and making sure the message is getting conveyed in the most appropriate manner
* Perform content and image research and develop detailed speech outlines for approval. Ensure that the speech gets adapted in the form suitable for a teleprompter when talking before a large crowd.
* Write speeches that engage the audience and compel them to think, ask questions, feel or act.
* Provide audience evaluation forms, if required, to measure success of each speech.
* Develop plans to market speeches to additional audiences via Web and print vehicles to increase range, penetration and reinforcement of messages, resulting in greater message visibility, recall and buy-in by targeted audiences.
