• Inspection of all kind communication equipment Installation verifying all activity carried out according to approved Installation IFC drawing/ Standard.
• Preparing surveillance reports for all types communication activities at site inspection for the cable Installation includes trench and tray Installation, preparation punch list for vendor package items/skid. 
• Witnessing all kinds of testing and configuration of communication switches and server etc. 
• Periodic inspection of structured cabling system and installation of ground base and Building telecom tower (H-Pole, Delta pole and wall mount pole) materials and inspect the installation of tower and antenna (RF, Microwave). 
• Inspect the termination of RF and Co-axial cables with the RF and Micro wave antenna. 
• To supervise the works, working with the foreman(without getting directly involved with the site work) to ensure that all activity relative to his discipline are constructed in accordance with Client's requirement.
• To discuss any specification concessions required with the project Manager/project engineer prior to the formal submission to client.
• Bachelor / Diploma in Electronics or Communication Engineering. 
• Aramco approval as Telecom Inspector.
• 7 years of experience including oil and gas projects.

The Company

Our client is an International Real Estate company established in Kuwait for the past 20 years.
They are currently looking to hire a Head of Legal .

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Head of Legal Department is responsible for providing professional legal counsel to the group management on all legal matters. He prepares templates and framework for negotiations from a legal perspective. i.e. contracts, deals, mergers and acquisitions. He heads and coaches the legal team members.


Leadership 
· Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal department.
· Develops procedures for managing issues, train and assist support staff in their implementation.


Legal Duties
· Review and provide legal advice on contract management and assess legal implications.
· Review on-going cases.
· Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified and appropriate action.
· Interpret legal information on various matters.
· Review internal policies and procedures.
· Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they comply with all statutory requirements.
· Periodic legal circulars to the company's staff regarding legal implications
· Partner with subsidiaries to identify legal risks or issues that may arise from investment in other markets
· Keep abreast of all laws related to our business for various markets.


Litigation 
· Securing evidence and documentation relating to complex legal issues.
· Laying the groundwork for the lawsuits and gathering base information
· Conducting and analysing results of legal research and applies to current cases and issues.
· Performing investigatory functions like finding clues regarding the case, interviewing witnesses and collecting other evidence.
· Represent the company in front of the governmental authorities or ministries if required.
· Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
· Negotiate and provide solutions to any potential dispute.




Board Secretary Duties':
· Continuously monitor the implementation of the Corporate Governance rules and advise management accordingly.
· Responsible for the company's AGM, EGM and bard meetings.
· Invitations to Board Members.
· Attending the meeting, register the minutes and insure the validity of the legal quorum.
· Authenticate the board minutes by the regulator.
· Amending & issuing the company's gazettes if required.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Law is required
· Master's degree is preferred
· 10+ years of relevant experience
· Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic
· Previous experience in the Kuwaiti Market

Our client is a leading travel retail company. They are currently looking to recruit Financial Reporting & Planning Manager to be based in Bahrain

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• The jobholder has responsibility for leading the financial reporting and planning activities within the finance function of the company. 
• The jobholder will be expected to represent the company as appropriate and will need to be able to interact and communicate effectively with business partners, managers within the organization as well as meeting the reporting requirements and control standards of its shareholders.
• Responsible for the day to day management of the company Finance function. 
• In tandem with Group Finance, ensuring preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts, KPI summaries, financial commentaries and business analysis to meet Group reporting deadlines, to support operational management and inform Board.
• Supporting management in the preparation and review of budgets and monthly/quarterly updates of forecast results.
• Preparation and reporting of rolling cash flow and profit forecasts.
• Support the MD in developing and implementing financial strategies, goals and projects to support the overall strategy for the business. Support the development of detailed financial projections reflecting the agreed strategy.
• Keep informed of financial developments across the business units by liaising with senior finance staff in other businesses. 
• Provide up to date insight on all financial aspects of the business, its financial performance and related issues. Support the performance review process as required in consultation with the MD and COO.
• Support the company and regional management in the on-going review and updating of risk registers.
• Lead the company finance team in the annual audit process. 
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external auditors, overseas business unit FM's/GM's and key partner joint venture/associate company personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards and group accounting policies. 
• In tandem with Group Finance, on-going input and interaction with management and business units in order to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. 
• Support the Business Development function in assessing potential new investment opportunities.
• Support the Business Implementation function in providing finance function and governance support when implementing new projects. 
• Support existing business units on specific projects as required.
• Supporting Group Finance in ensure that use of business intelligence and financial reporting tools is maximised through ongoing review of capabilities and resources.
• Maintain and safe guard the assets of the business by ensuring that robust financial controls are documented, operating and in place for all financial processes within the business.
• Qualified accountant with strong technical training and 5+ years PQE.
• Competent IT skills to support the current systems and enhance the business information process. 
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Min 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in Retail / FMCG environment
• Excellent communication skills.
• Culturally sensitive, team player and action orientated.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Practical and commercially focussed with proven strategic planning experience
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• An understanding of industry, competitors and trends
• Ability to analyse financial data, to identify trends, risks etc
• Candidate must be based in Bahrain or GCC
