management company - are looking to appoint an experience Business Development
Executive to the team. The company have been operating for many years servicing
their internal business and are now looking to approach the wider market. This
role requires someone who is a go-getter, with strong knowledge of the UAE FM
market who can get results. Expect to be rewarded with a competitive package as
well as the opportunity to work within a secure business.
- At least 3 years experience as a BDM in the FM
industry in the UAE
- Strong network of established contacts to hit the ground running
- Understanding of how to close FM deals - what the clients want and how to meet those expectations
- Arabic speaking is advantageous but not essential

requires Senior Mechanical Engineer to work various G + 4 projects/ / G + 12
throughout the UAE.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Design of sustainable mechanical systems for a variety of G = 4/ G + 12 projects
• Preparation and review of mechanical engineering calculations in support of systems design
• Review design drawings and calculations
• Liaising with other members of the design team
• Liaising with the client
• Being site based as required
• Attending all relevant meetings
Key Responsibilities will include:

• Have a working knowledge of various building services design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other International design codes
• Have experience using computer HVAC design tools, HAP, AutoCAD & Revit MEP
• Have experience of and be familiar with LEED requirement
• Have a minimum of 10 years consultancy based design experience
• Be Dubai Municipality approved/ certified to either G + 4 or G + 12

Key Responsibilities;
• Take ownership of fire safety within the shopping centre developing leading & implementing fire safety management
• Provide assured fire leadership and operating in a collaborative and business-effective manner
• Conduct fire risk assessments across the shopping centre, instigating continuous improvement and devising safe working protocol for high risk areas
• Provide day-to-day expertise and guidance to all staff, promoting awareness of safe working and driving a safer behavioral culture
• Developing and ensuring compliance with safety standards and training standards, and establish procedure for evacuations and security alerts
