With over 2,500 multidisciplinary professionals and staff, we are an international professional consulting services firm.  We are now seeking an exeptional Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our award winning team based on our Qatar project.  This critical role will be responsible for representing the firm in communications with the Client, site discipline engineers and contractors on assigned projects.  Paramount to success within this varied role will include but not limited to; • Supervising all or a portion of the contractors electrical and instrumentation work as assigned by the RE, and take responsibility for quality control and inspections. • Controlling and supervising testing and commissioning activities. • Reviewing and preparing draft answers for correspondences and RFI's for the site RE. • Implementing corrective and preventive action. • Reviewing of drawing submittals for pumps, water reservoir and building electrical layouts • Recording of contractors proposals and designs. • Attending weekly, monthly and other meetings held at the site as directed by the RE. • Visiting the site in order to check the design implementation according to the approved drawings. 
Requirements 
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience of supervision of construction of which a minimum of 6 years should be in works related to mega water projects, pumping stations and water reservoirs. A Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation and Control Engineering is required.  Additionally ideal career experience will include telecommunication systems for water network application and services such as RPS and DMA Automation, RTU hardware and software, Optical Transmission Systems and SCADA.

Requirements 
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum 15 years of broad-based engineering experience, commercial and project management experience, preferably in the region. Possessing a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is essential whilst a Masters in Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.  Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Omani Nationals will be warmly received.

With over 2,500 multidisciplinary professionals and staff, we are an international professional consulting services firm.  We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our award winning team based within our Doha Office.  This critical role will be responsible for providing HSE advice and information to KEO clients, staff and contractors which come under the scope of KEO contracted services.  Paramount to success within this varied role will include but not limited to; • Establishing a good working relationship, promoting and advising on HSE issues with the Client, KEO site teams and contractors. • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of HSE best practices and standards. • Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the Heath, Safety and Environmental Management System, reviewing and recommending revisions as necessary to senior management. • Managing the iport system for the region and monitoring the HSE team performance accordingly. • Developing and implementing the KEO Internal HSE Audit program. • Ensuring incident reports and investigations are carried out effectively to determine root causes and providing recommendations aimed at preventing re-occurence. • Leading the investigation for fatal incidents involving KEO employees. • Managing the deployment, activities and assigning duties to the HSE team. 
Requirements 
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' career experience on a broad range of construction projects including civil and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3 years Middle East experience as an HSE Team Leader in a senior management role partnered with a Degree in Engineering or NEBOSH Diploma.  Preferential consideration will also be given to candidates whom possess a MIOSH, MIIRSM and are a certified ISO Lead Auditor.  Excellent English communication skills are essential.
